Welcome to the Wednesday edition of What To Watch. ABC has a new Dancing with the Stars followed by a Lost recap show and 20/20. CBS has new episodes of Jericho, Criminal Minds and CSI: New York. Fox has new episodes of Bones and Justice while NBC has new episodes of The Biggest Loser and Kidnapped.

One Tree Hill – 9 pm/ET CW

It’s senior year for the students at Tree Hill High, but there is serious doubt about who will see graduation after last season’s cliff-hanger. Tonight’s opener picks up with the limo accident and reveals the fate of those involved. While some questions are answered, new ones arise, especially for Karen, who suddenly has an uncharacteristically nice Dan to contend with — who knew he could have a guilty conscience?

Bones – 8 pm/ET Fox

Booth and Brennan probe what appears to be a case of jealousy and insurance money when a man is found dead at a construction site, but new clues send them in a different direction.

Justice – 9 pm/ET Fox

The firm represents an orphaned daughter in a wrongful-death civil case after her mother dies on a roller coaster.

Dancing with the Stars – 8 pm/ET ABC

Since Shanna Moakler was the latest to follow in Tucker Carlson’s not-so-nimble footsteps, it looks like we’ll have to wait until tonight — at least by general, unscientific consensus — to see a weeping Willa Ford. Last night’s third-round competition proved that it really does take two to tango, as well as who’s still alive after dancing the jive.

Kidnapped – 10 pm/ET NBC

Could another one of the Cain children also be a target? As if they don’t have enough to worry about with Leopold missing, Conrad and Ellie now face that very real possibility when they receive a mysterious package in the mail. While Knapp investigates, their ordeal is further complicated by the fact that they must go about their day-to-day lives as if nothing were wrong.

Jericho – 8 pm/ET CBS

A hard rain’s a-gonna fall on Jericho and may be carrying a lethal dose of radioactive fallout. Unfortunately, the town bomb shelter, an antique from the 1950s, is way too small, infested with vermin and really skanky. The only solution seems to be the mines, but since the shafts lack doors, drastic measures must be taken. Meanwhile, on a highway outside of town, Emily is picked up by two policemen looking to fuel up their cruiser — but something about them doesn’t seem quite right.

Project Runway – 10 pm/ET BRAVO

After a one-week hiatus, the fashionistas return for a new episode. It’s pins-and-needles time for the remaining four designers (not to mention Runway buffs), as the show begins to sew up its season. The prerequisite reunion show airs next week. Then, on Oct. 11, the finalists prepare to spar at New York City Fashion Week in the first episode of a two-part finale. At stake: big money ($100,000), a magazine spread, a car, a fashion mentorship and, perhaps most importantly for this crew, bragging rights.

Criminal Minds – 9 pm/ET CBS

Gideon, Hotchner and the team race to prevent a child pornographer from auctioning a boy online.

CSI: New York – 10 pm/ET CBS

Three women dress as Holly Golightly and pull off a jewelry heist that results in injury to some innocent bystanders.
