TNT Renews Leverage For A Second Season

TNT has renewed the caper drama Leverage for a second season of 15 episodes, which will start this year. The drama has averaged 3.2 million viewers since its premiere Dec. 7. It airs at 10 p.m. Tuesdays. Its Dec. 7 premiere averaged 5.6 million viewers, and has done well in time-shifting as well. It’s part of the network’s continued push into original scripted series.

Leverage, starring Timothy Hutton and Gina Bellman, is produced by Electric Entertainment, with executive producers Dean Devlin, John Rogers and Chris Downey.

    I want to know when Leverage and Closer will return this summer.We will be gone much of the summer and need to know dates and times in order to set my dvr.

    The second season of Leverage will premiere on TNT Wednesday, July 15 at pm/ET followed by the premiere of Dark Blue.
