Battlestar Galactica

Jamie Bamber talks about Apollo’s story arc for the rest of this season: “I’m very happy with where the character is going in season three. I’ve enjoyed season three very much. About the future…I just hope he is never allowed to settle. One thing I’m pretty sure of about Ron [Moore] and David [Eick] is they don’t let any of them settle into any kind of place, because the world in which they all live is about disruption.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Brothers and Sisters

Kitty is going to accept the offer from Senator McCallister (Rob Lowe) to take a position on his staff. Unfortunately for Kitty, scandal seems to follow her to the new job. Everyone in the office thinks she’s sleeping with the Senator. [Kristin@E!Online]

Criminal Minds

Executive Producer Ed Bernero comments on Lola Glaudini leaving the show: “It was definitely a mutual decision. We were looking for a way to shake the cast up a little bit, and she really wanted to go home. She lives in New York and really wanted to go home and do theater. She didn’t love being here in Los Angeles. It was a very amicable parting.” As far as the show acting like Elle never existed, Bernero says that, because of the way Minds works, it wouldn’t have made sense to refer back to the character’s exit. “We don’t follow the sort of ‘It’s the next week’ [rule]. We just look at it as this is another case. For instance, she was shot in the first episode, and the next episode it was six months later. I imagine if there’s an opportunity to mention her, it would happen, but there’s really been no reason to.” [Michael Ausiello]

CSI: Miami

Desperate Housewives

We’re going to meet Tim Riggins’ father in early ‘07 when Tim tracks his deadbeat dad down (on a golf course) to settle a pending legal issue, and Tim and Lyla forge an unexpected bond. [Michael Ausiello]

Gilmore Girls

Unfortunately for Christopher, marital troubles are imminent. Luke will be back in Lore’s life, and the two will become a major support system to each other in the coming months. [Kristin@E!Online]

The episode involving Richard getting sick has been tweaked a little bit. The story plays out the same way, with Luke running errands for Emily and Chris throwing a pity party for himself. But Lorelai’s epiphany will be more gradual. The end result will be the same: Luke in, Christopher out. The entire hour of episode 13 will take place in the hospital. There should be some great Lorelai/Emily interactions. [Michael Ausiello]

He’ll help Peter learn to use and control his powers.” [TV Guide Online]

Lost

Medium

Medium creator Glenn Gordon Caron said he’d definitely love to have Ryan Hurst back on the show as brother Michael, and he also talked about the other DuBois relatives who sometimes come calling: “I love the people who play the extended family. Kathy Baker’s an old friend—she plays Jake’s mom. I love the gentleman who plays Jake’s deceased dad. We’ve been toying for a while with literalizing Allison mother’s in some way…Every time you take a character who’s been mentioned, and you literalize him, that is to say you actualize them—you hope that the writing that you provide the actor with and the actor you cast is as beguiling as the idea.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Men In Trees

They are adding a gay character to the cast, and he happens to be Patrick’s half-brother. Buzz’s other son will visit Elmo in the next month or so, and he’ll have a recurring role. [Kristin@E!Online]

He agrees after the teens allow him to keep some money from him to buy food. One of the teens, a young woman, is interested in Haywire and asks him questions. The two will bond over something they share in common . . . Haywire will become protective of her . . . a bit too protective. [SpoilerFix.com]

Smallville

In the “Crimson” episode, Clark gets infected with Red Kryptonite and goes on a massive kissing spree. (It is Valentine’s Day, after all.) Among his victims: Two women whose names start with “L.” By the end of the day, one of them won’t remember anything and another will have proof that Clark possesses some seriously super DNA. This episode also features the third Lois Lane to find herself flying over Metropolis’ skyline. At the end of the episode, there’s a big twist concerning the bun in Lana’s oven. And Martian Manhunter returns. Sort of. The episode is gonna be huge, [Michael Ausiello]

John Jones (the Martian Manhunter) does appear in episode 12, titled “Labyrinth”. In it, Clark wages a war within his mind and the Manhunter’s telepathic abilities might be the only thing that can save him. Within his subconscious, Clark enters a world where he seemingly never had super powers, no one believes the truth about him, and things had taken a drastically different turn. In this other world, Clark and Lana were high school sweethearts and Chloe is one of the only people who believes Clark’s stories about his abilities. Clark is held someplace where he sees references to characters from the show’s past – Jor-El, Professor Fine, Raya, and Arthur Curry being among them. There will be a kiss between Clark and one of the show’s regular females in this story. [KryptonSite.com]

The two women actually decide to work together when Angela tries to take over the office Christmas party with her rigid Nutcracker theme. Don’t miss the last two minutes; what little time Pam and Jim do spend together is well worth the wait. And Michael gets dumped. [Michael Ausiello]

More on next weeks hour-long episode: Michael will be nursing a broken heart, but he’ll have Jim, Andy and Dwight to lean on. Karen and Pam also will become unexpected allies when they team up against Angela, to organize their own office holiday party. (Dwight Schrute, has some tough times ahead. While he’s tight with Michael right now, Andy has got a few tricks up his sleeve, which will cause major problems in the new year.) [Kristin@E!Online]
