This week: Brothers and Sisters, CSI: Miami, Desperate Housewives, Dexter, Dirt, ER, Friday Night Lights, Gilmore Girls, Grey’s Anatomy, Heroes, House, Life, Lost, Moonlight, One Tree Hill, Prison Break, Pushing Daisies, Ugly Betty and Women’s Murder Club.

Brothers and Sisters

The details of McCallister’s “heroic” mission become public knowledge in the next new episode, which airs in January. And yes, the campaign takes a hit, much to Kitty’s dismay. [Kristin@E!Online]

CSI: Miami

In an upcoming episode, we meet Jane Duncroft, an FBI informant who has mulitple tattooes and looks like she’s seen better days. We also meet Jeremy Broyles, a landlord who deals drugs. [SpoilerFix.com]

Desperate Housewives

All signs point to Ida Greenberg dying in the tornado. [Kristin@E!Online]

We reported last week that Ida and Victor die in the tornado. [The Spoiler Roundup]

Dexter

Lila’s love affair with fire will be rekindled — and this time someone gets burned. [Michael Ausiello]

The final two episodes are bloody good, there are two major deaths and we’ll see Dexter do something he’s never done before: tell someone he’s close to that he’s the Bay Harbor Butcher — five times, no less. [Michael Ausiello]

As far as Lila goes, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet! She knows no bounds, and Batista is her next prey. [Kristin@E!Online]

Three main characters go MIA by season’s end by death, dismemberment or relocation. [Kristin@E!Online]

Dirt

Dirt returns in January and picks up where it left off, with Lucy surveying the damage her tabloid reign has done. Not even Ms. Spiller is immune to the insanity. She certainly suffers a bit this season, and experiences loss. Sources say her mother passes away. [Kristin@E!Online]

ER

Kari Matchett talks about her incoming character, “I’m playing a doctor who goes into a variety of hospitals and works until she makes enough money to go surfing, and then she moves on to the next fantastic place. But then it’s ER, so a couple of twists and turns happen—romantic and in the workplace.” Expect her to appear in about four episodes. [Kristin@E!Online]

Friday Night Lights

The cliff-hanger in Episode 15 that I referred to last week does not involve Coach Taylor or Tami. [Michael Ausiello]

They just shot a bunch of scenes at Waverly father’s church, so if there are answers to be had, I imagine that’s where we’ll find them. [Michael Ausiello]

Tami Taylor is getting a love interest played by Peter Berg (who directed the movie version of Friday Night Lights). [Kristin@E!Online]

Jason looks for romance via the Webs. While he might not hit it off on the first try, he quite possibly could meet a very special person along the way. [Kristin@E!Online]

Gilmore Girls

Matt Czuchry recently told Michael Ausiello at TV Guide that despite Rory and Logan’s series-ending split, he quietly inked a new deal with the show last spring that — if Gilmore was renewed for an abbreviated, 13-episode eighth season — would’ve called for Logan to return. [Michael Ausiello]

Grey’s Anatomy

Bailey’s the new narrator for one episode. Meredith will be back waxing philosophic the following week. [Michael Ausiello]

This week’s episode is called “Crash into Me,” and we get to see what happens to all the characters whose lives were left hanging in the balance. As I mentioned, there’s a kiss coming, thanks to Nurse Rose saving the day. [Kristin@E!Online]

Ava is sticking around, at least for a while. [Kristin@E!Online]

Heroes

As for Nikki and Nathan . . . one of them is definitely not dead. The jury’s still out on the other. [Michael Ausiello]

Mama Petrelli is loaded with secrets, some of which will definitely be revealed in the second half of the season. [Michael Ausiello]

Volume 3 will be titled Villians. [Kristin@E!Online]

Sources say it’s not set in stone, but the tentative plan is for Adam Monroe to be back to torment Hiro. [Kristin@E!Online]

The production and writing staff is somewhat split as to whether Nathan should return to the show. [Kristin@E!Online]

According to Heroes insiders, Niki is not expected to return to the show. But her devilish alter ego, Jessica? Oh yeah, we’ll see her as soon as the show comes back to the beloved airwaves—when the strike is through! At least, that’s the plan according to sources say. Producers had “done all they could do” with Niki. Micah is not gonna be happy. But at least he’ll have Monica. [Kristin@E!Online]

Instant post-episode speculation on the Internet is that HRG shot Nathan, as his side of the deal with the Company to protect Claire. Others believe the Hatian was involved as well. [Kristin@E!Online]

House

A planned two-part episode that was going to air after the Super Bowl and then continue the following Tuesday was scrapped due to the strike. Instead, a regular eppy guest-starring Oscar-winner Mira Sorvino will take its place. The original two-parter would’ve advanced either the House/Cuddy or House/Cameron storyline in a big way. [Michael Ausiello]

Executive ProducerKatie Jacobs talking about how Chase and Cameron might fold back into House’s team in ‘08: “The question is not really when, it’s how, insofar as they’re now each in their own domain doing really well. But is it bugging Cameron that she’s not really in on all of House’s business? And how is it for Chase to be head of a department? And when those things become clearer, then I think we’ll know what the hospital is going to look like.” Meaning that in the end, the new doctors and the old doctors will end up working together, right? Right? “That I can’t say for sure,” she demurs. “Right now, we’re just exploring how Cameron and Chase running different departments either helps or hinders House. And how much they like being away from him and having their own space, or how much they don’t like being away from them.” [Michael Ausiello]

Life

The conclusion of the two-parter that began on Monday involves Crews coaxing a personal confession out of the real Seybolt family killer, which finally allows him to clear his name. [Michael Ausiello]

Lost

Michael’s reappearance in Episode 8 is guaranteed to make waves. [Michael Ausiello]

In one scene Michael appears opposite a gun-toting character we thought was dead — and who still may be. And here’s the real kicker: The scene does not take place on the island. Far from it, in fact. [Michael Ausiello]

Moonlight

In episode 1.11, a recurring character will be killed in front of Beth and Mick. [TV Squad]

One Tree Hill

We won’t see Rachel early on in Season 5 and that the show “hasn’t lost anyone entirely” — although he did consider having Whitey die during the four years that are skipped. [Michael Ausiello]

Episode 5.07: Brooke, Peyton and Mouth are at Tric. Mouth talks to a young woman named Milly, telling her a story about crawling out a window on a date and she admits that guys usually try and date her to meet Brooke Davis. He’s shocked to find out she knows Brooke. Meanwhile, Brooke is sitting at the bar signing autographs for fans. Brooke flirts with Owen, the bartender, and Peyton tells Brooke that her mother is there. [SpoilerFix.com]

Prison Break

Posted by an extra on the Fox Forums: As some of you know, I recently had the opportunity to work as an extra on the set of Prison Break. I was involved with Days 3 and 4 of filming Episode 13. Keep in mind that the scenes are not necessarily filmed in order so I do not not know what necessarily leads up to the following events. Also keep in mind that sometimes scenes are cut and scripts are changed so please don’t take this as written in stone. Michael, Mahone, Whistler, McGrady escape. Bellick kills someone in a fight. Bellick gives Sammie a chicken foot. Sammie is killed when the escape tunnel collapses on him. I think this was a set up. Lechero is shot and killed in Sona. Sucre is badly beaten and gets thrown into Sona. (I think for smuggling drugs.) T-Bag takes over Sona. He finds money buried under Sona and distributes some to the inmates to gain their trust but keeps most for himself. Michael sets up the hostage exchange site to be a museum with a metal detector. (LJ for Whistler.) The exchange is made. Gunfire goes off outside the museum and Sofia is shot in the crossfire. (I do not know if she dies.) Whistler is taken by the Company. Susan was still alive when I left and very much in control of Whistler. [SpoilerFix.com]

Pushing Daisies

Molly Shannon’s taffy merchant Dilly Balsam could become a permanent character. That is, if this strike ever ends! [Michael Ausiello]

Ugly Betty

Ana Ortiz let it slip that Hilda will venture back out into the dating world with a familiar face: Freddy Rodriguez! “It was really just one date at a salsa club,” she says of her character’s rendezvous with “Mode”’s sandwich-making entrepreneur. “I think he just did it to make my sister jealous.” [Michael Ausiello]

Women’s Murder Club

Episode 1.09 – To Drag & Hold [Airing December 7]: Lindsay and Jacobi investigate at a supper club featuring drag queens as entertainment when one of the performers is found dead in his/her dressing room. They go visit his partner who tells them about a group of drunk, homophobic men were there trying to stir up trouble and were kicked out and then vandalized the performers vehicles and stole their things from inside, but after Lindsay and Jacobi investigate, the men have alibis for the night of the murder. Later, they learn of a young man the dead man was meeting on the sly at a hotel and think he was cheating on his partner, but the young man turns out to be his son. They investigate the young man’s parents but soon look to a drag king (aka a female dressed and performing as a male) for the crime. [SpoilerFix.com]

Episode 1.10 – FBI Guy [Airing December 14]: When one of the partners in a wine business is murdered, Lindsay and Jacobi question his partner, the victim’s wife and the man who owns a wine shop the victim’s company sells to. They find out that the victim’s wife is also married to another man, giving him motive and learn he was home alone at the time of the murder, giving him opportunity. But after questioning him, Lindsay realizes the man most likely did not commit the crime. Jill has been staying with Claire and Claire tries to convince Cindy to have Jill live with her instead.
