The show launches its third season on Jan. 18, and it looks like the Grim Reaper has been elevated to a series regular. There will be at least two significant deaths this season, one of which is so top secret only a handful of people were allowed to witness it. “The scene wasn’t on the call sheet and it was shot with minimal crew,” whispers an insider. “But it wasn’t too hard to figure out what was going on. The screaming was painful.” [Micael Ausiello]

NCIS
There are some dark days ahead for Ducky. Executive Producer Shane Brennan reveals to me exclusively that the Ducky gets stabbed in an episode airing early next year. The incident will launch David McCallum head first into a powerful story that reveals a side to Ducky no one knows about – not even Gibbs. “David puts in an astonishingly powerful and moving performance in this episode,” raves Brennan. “It’s a story I first talked about with David almost two years ago. It’s been a long time coming, but well worth the wait.” [Micael Ausiello]
