Bones

John Francis Daley is joining the cast permanently, and by midseason he’ll be fully in the mix, assisting in suspect interrogations and working up psych profiles. This turns out to be especially useful when Booth gets himself an admirer/stalker. Wonder what Brennan will have to say about that? [Kristin@E!Online]

Producers are planning an American Idol-themed episode. In fact, they’re currently searching for former Idol finalists who are interested in guesting on the show! [Kristin@E!Online]

Brothers and Sisters

Steven Weber first episodet as Sarah’s love interest is slated to air on November 25. [Michael Ausiello]

Justin’s hookup with Lena does not turn into a long-term thing: She’s out as of the 11th episode. (producers considered keeping her longer but ultimately decided against it). [Kristin@E!Online]

There’s an amazing episode that deals with Justin’s rehab. Yes, you heard me right—he’s heading for Narcotics Anonymous. [Kristin@E!Online]

Jason is expected to return in the 11th episode – which could be disrupted by the strike. [Kristin@E!Online]

Chevy Chase talks about his character on the show: “I’m playing an old flame of Sally’s from high school who went to Canada because he didn’t want to go into the Vietnam War. Turns out now, all these years later, he lives about 12 miles away from her and teaches history to high school students.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Chuck

Things are getting serious between Morgan and his Buy More coworker Anna. In an upcoming episode, Morgan has dinner with Anna’s conservative parents—and not everything goes as planned. [Kristin@E!Online]

We’ll be flashing back to Casey’s spy-boy past and his war-zone love affair with a gorgeous photojournalist named Isla. He thought she was dead, she’s alive, she’s not what she seemed to be, hijinks ensue. [Kristin@E!Online]

CSI: Miami

We meet Horatio Caine’s baby’s mama in episode 12 (”Raising Caine”), when said baby’s mama is suspected of murdering her husband. [Kristin@E!Online]

Desperate Housewives

Julie survives the twister. The two who die are recurring characters, one is a man and one is a woman. [Michael Ausiello]

One of the people dying has requested his/her ashes be scattered at a baseball field. [Michael Ausiello]

One of our Wisteria Lane friends enters drug rehab this December and remains there for quite some time. [Kristin@E!Online]

Dexter

The next episode is out of this world, and has two shocking moments: A climax of the Dexter and Doakes drama that will have you squealing (he’s leaving the force!) and a freaky arson fire that will show you just how freaky Dexter’s new flame is! [Kristin@E!Online]

Dirty Sexy Money

Simon’s ex-wife is still very much a part of his world and may figure into the storyline in some significant way. We should meet her around the end of this month. [Kristin@E!Online]

Nick may accidentally bring a new lady into Tripp’s life through an upcoming charity project. She is accomplished, attractive and altruistic—and definitely turns Mr. Darling’s head. [Kristin@E!Online]

ER

David Zabel talked about Ray returning to the show: “We certainly might see Ray again,” Zabel said. “It’s a definite possibility and it’s something we’ve talked about. We have ideas for the next part of [his] story…. Shane’s a great guy who loved being here, and I think that if we came up with a good enough story to bring him back, he’d be happy to come back.” [Michael Ausiello]

Friday Night Lights

Producers recently put out a casting call for a midseason episode, seeking extras to fill background at “a house party with some guys who have just gotten out of a juvenile detention center. There will be images of drinking and smoking, with implied drug use and sexual activity . . . Tattoos are a plus!!!” Sounds like a continuation of Lyla’s convict-love-interest storyline. [Kristin@E!Online]

Grey’s Anatomy

An ambulance crash endangers the lives of the paramedics involved, as Meredith and the Chief work on-site to save them, Bailey treats a patient who refuses her help, and Ava returns for Alex and meets his other girlfriend in the process. [ABC]

Heroes

When (and if) Heroes kicks off the second half of its season, it’ll look very different from what was initially planned. The complaints from fans and critics about the overabundance of new characters and weak overarching story have not fallen on deaf ears, and that changes are being made to return the show to its winning Season 1 formula. [Michael Ausiello]

This is the big question that is answered in the next episode, which flashes back four months to the night of the big boom. In this episode, you fall head over heels for Kristen Bell as Elle, because she’s hilarious and mischievous and just all-around awesome. She and Milo kiss. We also learn that D.L. did not die when we thought he did but rather indirectly at the hands of Niki’s new alter ego: a naughty school girl. [Kristin@E!Online]

Claire’s got some serious blood that can indeed save the world. You didn’t think that slogan of last season was already played out? Long live the bloody good cheerleader who can save the world! She’ll rescue at least two main characters in the coming month. [Kristin@E!Online]

The second death of a hero this season is at the hands of Mohinder and might make shock you. It’s a huge, huge, well-loved character…So well-loved that you can’t possibly think for a moment this death will stick! [Kristin@E!Online]

Law and Order: SVU

Apparently this November, the “V” in SVU apparently stands for violent. Look for a pizza bomb, a stabbing, a blinding and a car wreck that puts Stabler’s unborn baby in danger. [Kristin@E!Online]

Lost

If the strike extends into the new year and beyond, there is a chance ABC may opt to delay the new season until the fall. Or worse yet, February 2009. Another scenario has the network simply airing the eight episodes already in the can this February as originally planned. [Michael Ausiello]

Whenever the current eight episodes air, keep an eye out toward the end of the run for Zoe Bell, whom Carlton Cuse calls “the stuntwoman extraordinaire, from the Tarantino flicks [Kill Bill: Volume 1 and Grindhouse]. She definitely will make a splash.” [Michael Ausiello]

NCIS

For the foreseeable future, Hollis Mann will be MIA on NCIS. But that’s not to say she won’t return at some point. [Michael Ausiello]

Nip/Tuck

There’s a rumor floating around that Christian has fathered another kid. Word is she’s the result of a college spring break fling back in the ’80s! [Kristin@E!Online]

October Road

We meet Hannah’s (Laura Prepon) parents this season. They’re casting a couple of familiar faces for the parts! [Kristin@E!Online]

Prison Break

Molly’s arrival has been delayed a bit, Producers are apparently having a tough time finding the right actress for the part. [Michael Ausiello]

Pushing Daisies

Ned, Emerson and Chuck are after a serial killer who sticks the deceased bodies inside snowmen. [Kristin@E!Online]

Reaper

Jamie Kennedy has closed a deal to guest-star as a street performer named Ryan who The Devil is tempting with a record deal. [Michael Ausiello]

Samantha Who

We learn lots more about Samantha’s past—in flashback. They’re casting for a young Samantha to throw tantrums and be a rumor-mongering tramp, circa 1990. [Kristin@E!Online]

Smallville

A recurring character dies later this season, and the character stays dead. [Kristin@E!Online]

Supernatural

Dean and Sam will be spending some time in the slammer, and to make matters worse, one of the Winchester boys will be shot. Also, look for some body-snatching demons to terrorize a small town. [Kristin@E!Online]

The Office

This week’s episode, during which Toby and Michael are the hate-hate couple to watch, after Ryan holds a wilderness retreat and invites Toby but not Michael. [Kristin@E!Online]

The Riches

The family has some trouble with eldest son Cal this season. He rejects his parent’s new way of life and runs away with Travelers! [Kristin@E!Online]

Ugly Betty

Stuart, Christina McKinney’s estranged husband will be played by Scottish actor Derek Riddell. He’ll first turn up at Wilhelmina and Bradford’s wedding this Thursday. [Michael Ausiello]

Bud Cort (Harold & Maude) is playing the priest officiating the ceremony. [Michael Ausiello]

Wilhelmina’s younger sister joins the show later this season! We’re told her name is Dominique, and though she’s a beautiful and fun-loving party girl, she’s got a sordid past. [Kristin@E!Online]

Women’s Murder Club

In this Friday’s ep, a pregnant woman in labor goes missing, and Lindsay goes all growly mama-bear while trying to find the woman in time to save her and her baby. This leads to revelations about Tom and Lindsay’s past, and then Tom comes over and . . . stuff happens. But we’re siding with Jill on this one: Tom’s not doing the right thing. [Kristin@E!Online]
