Boston Legal

Denny sues Bert McAdams because he drove an hour to Bert’s restaurant for pizza, but it was closed due to it being destroyed in a flood. In turn, they represent Bert in suing the National Guard for not coming to the rescue, and get thrown in jail for contempt. Alan and Denny try to join the National Guard, but they can’t because the maximum age is 42. Shirley’s granddaughter, Marlena, seeks her help when she gets expelled for stealing and shredding standardized test. [SpoilerFix.com]

Brothers and Sisters

Kitty and Senator McCallister are most definitely getting married, and it’s gonna be a tearjerker, complete with the two writing their own vows. Plus, look for Chevy Chase’s character to have a little run-in with the Secret Service. [Kristin@E!Online]

Cane

The Duques are the victim of robbery later this year, after a few gang members follow Alex home. [Kristin@E!Online]

Chuck

Bryce returning will giveChuck and Sarah a whole new dynamic, given all their complicated relationships and history. We find out why Bryce chose Chuck, and that a man from Bryce’s past comes into the picture, and that he is eager to track down Chuck and Sarah. [Kristin@E!Online]

CSI: New York

During sweeps, expect a huge, jaw-dropping revelation about Stella’s new beau, played by Kerr Smith. He has a secret, and it’s a big one. [Michael Ausiello]

An upcoming ep sounds like they’ve fallen down the rabbit hole—the CSI: NY team investigates murders set against storybook dress-up parties. Captain Hook is, of course, implicated in the killings, and the Cheshire Cat is investigated as a witness, and, oh, a witch in ruby slippers is crushed under an ice castle. [Kristin@E!Online]

Desperate Housewives

Bree is warming to the idea of having a gay son. She’s going to fix Andrew up with the local contractor. [Michael Ausiello]

Someone hits Tom on the head as he closes the restaurant. A doctor tells Lynette that Tom suffered a concussion and hypothermia and that it is possible he suffers from short-term memory loss. A detective drops by Edie’s house to ask her questions about Carlos’ whereabouts since they found his boat but not him. Edie says that she last saw him two nights ago when she announced that she was breaking up. The detective thinks it could be a set up since there are no prints on the boat but they did find a green cashmere scarf. [SpoilerFix.com]

Dirty Sexy Money

They’ve located Peter Krause’s late father Dutch, and he looks just like veteran actor Peter Strauss! [Michael Ausiello]

ER

Luka is back from Croatia and things are extremely tense between Neela and Abby. Morris deals with a British man who hurt his ankle and won a cheese rolling contest by flinging himself down the hill after the cheese the fastest. A group of men show up claiming the man did not win and stole the cheese. Morris must watch the video and declare the true winner. Moretti is leaving that night for a family emergency. Friday Night Lights

Lyla will be one with God at least through Episode 12, when she gets a job hosting a Christian radio program. [Michael Ausiello]

Ghost Whisperer

The Halloween episode brings Melinda’s brother back, and he’s taking her on a guided tour of Grandview’s “catacombs”—the underground ghost city. [Kristin@E!Online]

Greek

Dale hooks up with a brainy young coed named Tina, who actually catches Rusty’s eye as well. The two totally hit it off, though she’s supposed to be Dale’s girl. [Kristin@E!Online]

Grey’s Anatomy

Things will get more complicated before they get any easier for Derek and Meredith. Lauren Stamile is most definitely a new love interest for Derek, and she’ll be sticking around for a while. She’s pretty much the anti-Meredith (all the way around—looks and personality) and will make Derek somewhat conflicted. [Kristin@E!Online]

George and Izzie’s romantic chemistry is put to the test, as Derek asks for more than a physical connection from Meredith; much to his own surprise, Mark develops a crush on a fellow surgeon, and Callie’s role as Chief Resident is placed in jeopardy after she delegates much of her job to Bailey. Heroes

Sylar makes his intentions for the Wonder Twins known in the next episode. Let’s just say both Alejandro and Maya have it coming to them. But they will each get a very different form of “it.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Claire comes back front and center in the next episode, in which creepy West continues his creepy ways in “helping” her get on the cheerleading squad. [Kristin@E!Online]

In the next episode, HRG will discover paintings that show six upcoming shockers that involve Niki, Claire, Hiro, Suresh, a mystery person and Peter. One involves a murder and another involves a body bag. [Kristin@E!Online]

House

Cameron, Chase and Foreman will be a team again, but it’s going to happen gradually. The pieces will start to fall back into place next week when Foreman assists House on a case. [Michael Ausiello]

Lost

Those rumors about a death occurring during the first half of the season are unequivocally, 100 percent true. [Michael Ausiello]

Medium

In an upcoming ep called “Aftertaste,” Medium gives foodies a bad name…Allison’s investigating a gourmand/cannibal killer. [Kristin@E!Online]

Devalos brings on a political consultant who tries to spin his association with Allison by rebranding her as an “intuitive investigator.” [Kristin@E!Online]

My Name Is Earl

The Warden asks Earl to take on a task of forming a skit called, “Scared Straight” that will scare kids from committing crimes and stay out of jail. The Warden asks Earl to incorporate environmental friendly “green” messages into his presentation, based off a request from his wife, the governor. Meanwhile, Randy gets into a fight with Earl about who is in charge between the two of them, and uses his guard privileges to make Earl’s life difficult. [SpoilerFix.com]

Earl is out of jail just in time for Christmas and when they try and get their old hotel room back, they find it occupied by nine filthy homeless people. Earl tries to cross a stripper named Mistletoe from Club Chubby off his list for causing her to hurt her back by pointing a laser pointer into her eyes when she was dancing. Unfortunately, prison made Earl forget about being a nice guy, causing him to be rude and seem uncaring, even to Randy, who tries to help him remember what he was like before. He decides to give up his list and begins to revert back to his old self. Ralph is back and tries to steal a Meals-On-Wheels meal from an old woman who thinks anyone with her husband’s glasses on is really her dead husband Stan. Ralph goes along with it and pretends to be her husband so he has clean clothes, good food and Viagra at his disposal. Earl steals the glasses from Ralph and makes himself comfortable, playing along. Randy, Joy, Darnell, Catalina, Ralph, Kenny and Tim Stack all come to the house pretending to be family all gathered for Christmas. [SpoilerFix.com]

Numbers

Some fun guest stars are coming up during sweeps. On Nov. 16, Sopranos’ Ari Graynor (Meadow’s roomie) will play a spoiled, overprivileged socialite (sound familiar?) who gets kidnapped and held for ransom. And on Nov. 22, Star Trek TNG’s Wil Wheaton guests as a young, rich comic artist in an episode set at a comic-book convention. [Michael Ausiello]

Prison Break

Lincoln and Sofia visit two strange, very smart men and give them a large bundle of money in exchange for an explosive with a cell phone remote trigger. [SpoilerFix.com]

Private Practice

In an upcoming ep, Sam begins to seriously question his decision to divorce Naomi. The team is investigating the spread of a contagious disease through a local abbey, and the situation of sequestered nuns still not being safe leads the Oceanside Wellness characters to question the benefit of their own romantic isolation. Pushing Daisies

Elliot brags about how great private practice is because she gets to get to know her patients, but nobody cares. Carla is dying to know how the Janitor, who Kelso has nicknamed McSweepy, has managed to scored such an attractive girlfriend. Doctors are going the extra mile to get a higher ranking on a website. Shark

When a sniper is shooting people on the freeway, Danny and Isaac get information from a gangbanger about a man named Kelvin Barlow, who runs the Sixth Street Posse. He tells them to get your colors in Barlow’s gang, you have to shoot someone. He also tells them that Barlow is a gun runner. They get a warrant and find 2 sniper rifles in Barlow’s apartment. He gives them an alibi and after threats by Sebastian, gives up names of who bought guns from him. Sebastian talks with Julie’s boyfriend Trevor, making some sort of deal with him. [SpoilerFix.com]

Supernatural

The show has an upcoming episode in the vein of A Nightmare on Elm Street, where Dean and Sam meet up with a young college graduate who has the power to enter people’s nightmares and keep them locked in their own worst fears. The Office
