The storyline involving Africa, which the writers have been toying around with for some time, will still be part of Day 7 in some capacity. We’re hearing rumors about an African general who’ll be committing genocide in his native country – mass murdering on a scale so horrific that the U.S. government won’t be able to ignore it. [Kristin@E!Online]
30 Rock
The show is casting Liz’s family — mom, dad and an older brother who’s been, erm, “off” since a skiing accident in his youth. The show is looking for “names” for all three roles, and preferably ones with comedy backgrounds. [Michael Ausiello]
A casting call has been issued for Sacha and Patrice — both male, despite the names — who will make up The Girlie Show star’s own velvet mafia. [Michael Ausiello]
Army Wives
The show put out a casting notice for the recurring character of Emmalin, a 16-year-old cheerleader whose dad is an Army bigwig. There’s just one problem: That character already exists (or so I’m told; don’t watch Wives.) So either the role is being recast or producers are introducing a very similar character next season. [Michael Ausiello]
Bones
Episode 10 – aka “The Santa in the Slush” – will be a Very Special Christmas Episode for your favorite crime procedural. When two elves find a dead guy dressed as Santa whose name is Kris Kringle, Brennan and Booth find themselves sniffing the butts of a roomful of department-store Clauses. Perhaps more pivotal to long-term story is that at the end of the episode, Brennan is headed for Peru on vacation… or is she? [Michael Ausiello]
Brothers and Sisters
There’s a big intervention coming up — and it shouldn’t be too tough to figure out who the headliner is. [Michael Ausiello]
Look for Kitty to suffer a personal tragedy. [Michael Ausiello]
Look for the Walker-McCallister wedding to take place at the Walkers’ home, and Nora will be giving away the bride! [Kristin@E!Online]
Chuck
Rachel Bilson’s character, Lou, comes with some baggage—in the form of a strong, Greek ex-boyfriend named Stavros. Also, look for Chuck to have an amusing run-in with Lou’s former beau. [Kristin@E!Online]
It looks like the very much alive Bryce will be working alongside Sarah, Casey and Chuck. [Kristin@E!Online]
Criminal Minds
The team is going to suspect that Joe Mantegna’s character has a hidden agenda. [Michael Ausiello]
Morgan and Garcia have a falling-out — and it may or may not have something to do with the new man in her life. [Michael Ausiello]

After their little rendezvous in God’s house this Friday, Tyla will be dealt a little setback when Tim leans in for a smooch and she goes all “WTF!?” on him. [Michael Ausiello]
Get ready to see Smash, Riggins and the rest of the Panthers like you’ve never seen them before: in monkey suits! The Dillon Fall Formal is coming up and all the Panther players are required to wear tuxedos. [Michael Ausiello]
Ghost Whisperer
Melinda and Jim take care of a young girl named Becca who says she can also see ghosts. She claims her parents died when she was younger but Melinda coaxes her to tell the truth and she tells her that no one else understands and she wants to stay with Melinda. She says that she is forced to go to doctors, that they try and make her take pills and that the only way it will get better is to make the ghosts go away. The ghost of the little boy that Becca has seen, Daniel, tells her that a man approached him and told him that Dan should go with him because he knows where “they” are keeping Daniel’s parents. Becca tells him to talk to Melinda and he says that he doesn’t know Melinda but he knows Becca so he wants her to help him, not Melinda. [SpoilerFix.com]
Gossip Girl
The soap is turning back the clock this Thanksgiving to show us what all of the characters were doing last year on Turkey Day. Not only will we see the old Serena, but we’ll meet Blair’s dad — the one who left her mom for another man. [Michael Ausiello]
Greek
The show should return in March, but that’s not set in stone by any means. What is set in stone is the plot for Episode 5, which finds the gang flashing way, way, way back to 2005. [Michael Ausiello]
there might be some changes at ZBZ next season. Seems the girls really do run an equal-opportunity sorority, since there may be a lesbian sister in the house whom we just haven’t met yet. [Kristin@E!Online]
Grey’s Anatomy
Gizzie is could still alive and kicking in Episode 8. That’s right — 8! That means we’ve got at least five more weeks of these two! In the same episode, Meredith and Derek are still going strong with their whole let’s-have-sex-but-not-be-super-serious thing. [Michael Ausiello]

A new Hero has a shocking connection to another character, ahem, relatively speaking. [Michael Ausiello]

Sylar will be all hooked up with Maya for at least a handful of episodes, using her for her power to kill everyone, since he’s currently powerless. And then there’s the jaw-dropping moment where you find out exactly what kind of “homicidio” Maya is wanted for. Let’s just it involves a wedding and is above and beyond anything you’d think this Latina cutie-patootie could be capable of. [Kristin@E!Online]
Kristen Bell joins Heroes next week and we’ll get to know her in the present, and then soon after flash back to her first interaction with Peter Petrelli, around the time, not too long ago, when NYC nearly went nuclear. [Kristin@E!Online]
We’ll be getting to know D.L.’s relatives a lot better over the coming weeks, leading up to a return appearance (in episode eight) by Leonard Roberts himself. [Kristin@E!Online]
They’re currently casting for a “predator” type named Knox who returns to his native city of New Orleans, “the criminal territory he used to run before he was sent to prison.” This puts him directly in the path of Micah, his great-aunt. [Kristin@E!Online]
West convinces Claire to teach head cheerleader Debbie (guest star Dianna Agron) a lesson after she deems Claire too ordinary to join the squad. While Suresh faces a serious moral dilemma with the Company, H.R.G. pays his Russian mentor a visit in an effort to locate Isaac’s last prophetic paintings. Meanwhile, nearing the U.S. border, Alejandro becomes increasingly uneasy about Sylar’s intentions, especially towards Maya. Peter and Caitlin’s search for a mysterious doorway he painted ultimately leads them to a surprising place. Down in the underground parking lot for the capitol building, near the guard booth and lower entrance off Miller St., a clean-shaven, leather-jacket wearing Jack has a brief conversation with the striking, poised Kate we saw at the end of Season 3. Jack steps away from an older, brown pickup truck, not unlike the one Locke drove in one of his flashbacks, to talk to Kate. There’s some awkwardness, but there are also some smiles. Eventually, Jack helps Kate get into a yellow taxi cab, and watches as it drives away. Does this basement parking lot scene come before or after her chaotic courtroom arrival, or even in the same year? [SpoilerFix.com]

After being ousted from the D.A.’s office for spending taxpayer dollars on a psychic (Allison), he starts out the season as an average-Joe attorney at law, but we’re hearing that somewhere around the middle of the season, he declares himself a candidate for his old job. [SpoilerFix.com]

However, after the lead actress, Rachel Davenport (guest star Christina Milian) takes off in stunt car with cut brakes, Clark must step in to stop the runaway car. Unfortunately, an obsessed fan witnesses this heroic event and decides Clark is a real life superhero, whose girlfriend Lana must be eliminated so Clark can fulfill his destiny.
