Bones
A group of thritysomethings are gathered in a schoolyard to open the time capsule they buried 20 years earlier. When they open the capsule, they find a sort of goopy mixture and a skull… Enters Booth and Brennan who’ll try to identify the body and discover what happened. The investigation will not only have Booth and Brennan uncover secret affairs and the usual school gossip of the students who buried the time capsule, but both will also share some of the memories they have of their time as students. Angela and Hodgins talk about how much it will cost them to have Angela’s husband agree to sign divorce papers. Dr. Lance Sweets (Booth and Brennan’s therapist) and Cam also appear. [SpoilerFix.com]
Brothers and Sisters
The unique chemistry between half siblings Justin and Rebecca will continue to be explored this season. “We try to examine the relationship truthfully,” says Executive producer Greg Berlanti. “They are two young people who, granted, found out they were related, but they just met a year ago. That doesn’t mean they’ll ever act on those feelings, but it also doesn’t mean that there won’t be emotions that come up that will be complicated for both of them.” [Michael Ausiello]
Desperate Housewives
At the Scavos, Lynette and her two sisters, Lucy and Lydia, argue about where their mother should stay next. Lucy doesn’t want her because her boyfriend just moved in with her and she hasn’t told him her real age yet! Lydia seems to have personnal issues (she is seeing a therapist) that prevent her from taking their mother in. Lucy thinks that Lydia’s issues surfaced because she took care of Stella for two years. Lucy suggests they all chip in and buy an apartment for their mother. Elsewhere, Stella has a new boyfriend, Stan, who spent the night at the Scavos. [SpoilerFix.com]
Friday Night Lights
Scott Porter all but confirmed that the Tim/Lyla/Jason almost-threesome, and it’s not a dream sequence. [Michael Ausiello]
Grey’s Anatomy
There will be some drama surrounding the Chief’s living situation (i.e., you won’t believe who’s moving in next door). [Michael Ausiello]
Series creator Shondra Rhimes talking about Derek and Meredith’s relationship: “I want to be clear that Derek loves Meredith,” she said as if to put the debate to rest once and for all. “Derek loves Meredith more than anything and I can’t imagine Derek going anyplace else other than Meredith.” [Michael Ausiello]
Series creator Shondra Rhimes talking about George and Izzie’s relationship: “A lot of people aren’t sold on Izzie and George,” she acknowledged. “I think the mistake that everyone makes is that we are telling you Izzie and George are the love story of the century; they’re not the love story of the century. And when other people find out about Izzie and George — remember, people don’t know about them yet — other people might think that’s not a good idea either.” [Michael Ausiello]
Heroes
“Parkman’s family plays a huge role in the story behind the heroes,” Greg Grunberg reveals. “My character for once plays an integral part in what’s happening. And it was a shock to me when I got [the script]. I was like, ‘What?’ But it’s great because people have been saying to me, ‘I really wish that you’d be more a part of the show.’ I’ve been working my butt off, but it’s been great.” [Michael Ausiello]
House
Exuctive Producer David Shore talking about House’s love life: “Something’s happening between House and Cuddy. We haven’t given up on House and Cameron, either.” [Michael Ausiello]
we all know that Cameron, Chase and Foreman will eventually wind up back at the hospital, but not a single one of them makes an appearance in Episode 1. When we do see them in Episode 2, and more significantly, when House sees them, he thinks they are figments of his imagination. By the end of the hour, however, Cameron is revealed to be the real deal, and House, bittersweet-talker that he is, has resumed their flirtatious exchange in exactly the manner you’d expect of him. [Michael Ausiello]
Law and Order: SVU
later in the season, Stabler will be injured in the line of duty and go blind. [Michael Ausiello]
Lost
Episode 4 will introduce three new characters, all guest stars, not recurring, presumably for someone’s flashback (or flash-forward). They are a fortysomething corporate shark who’s willing to put his lofty job on the line to get an even loftier one, his female counterpart and the old-timer who will decide their fates. [Michael Ausiello]
My Name Is Earl
Little things, such as not being allowed to have his own toenail clipper, make Earl ponder on how much his friends must be missing him. Earl meets the warden for the first time. Randy tries to get arrested so he can get closer to Earl. [SpoilerFix.com]
Prison Break
sources say that it was Sarah Wayne Callies’ decision not to return to the show following her maternity leave. [Michael Ausiello]
Producers are adding a new female series regular, who joins the cast in episode nine. The character’s name is Molly Leif, and she’s an American housewife in her mid-30s who is desperately investigating the disappearance of her husband and daughter. Her pursuit leads her to Sona prison, and you best believe Linc and Michael somehow become entangled with her. No word yet on who’s playing her. [Kristin@E!Online]
Psych
When an elderly man from an old folks home goes missing, Shawn and Gus pretend to be brothers and go with Henry, pretending to be his grandsons, to get Henry into the home so they can come and go to investigate. Lassiter and Juliet pick up a teenage boy that is acting out and becoming a juvenile delinquent, who flirts with Juliet, much to Lassiter’s discomfort. [SpoilerFix.com]

The Office
Brian Baumgartner (aka Kevin) talking about the new season: “I know that Pam was asked out on a date by Jim, and I think they might have gone out on that date,” he said. “I’m not exactly sure.” Which, translated, means, “I believe we will find out in the first hour-long episode.” In it, as Baumgartner revealed, “Kevin becomes an investigative journalist, and tries to determine their relationship.” [Michael Ausiello]
