Horrified by her ability, Tracy Strauss leaves Washington, D.C. to search for answers about Niki. A distraught Claire asks Meredith (guest star Jessalyn Gilsig) to teach her how to fight. As his romance with Maya intensifies, Suresh finds himself unprepared when his experiment yields some unexpected results. [NBC]

Seeing a future where nearly everyone has abilities, a world destined for destruction, Peter resolves to prevent this earth-shattering end — whatever the cost — and so takes on a dark, unwieldy ability to save the world — gambling (wrong) that it won’t destroy him and everything he loves first. After allowing Angela’s half of “the formula” to be stolen, Hiro and Ando set out to uncover the identity of the Villain who hired Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) — and must consult with the person who knows these rogues best.Adam Monroe (guest star David Anders). Lost

Saïd Taghmaoui, a French thesp most recently seen in the Don Cheadle thriller Traitor. He’ll play Caesar, a mystery man. But the producers say the actor’s skill set fits the part. “He has an innate intelligence, intensity, and danger we really responded to,” says Damon Lindelof, who declined to specify whether Caesar is good or bad. However, Cuse teases that the character will be playing “an important part of the setup for the final act of the show in season 6.” He also confirms that Robinson’s Ilana is associated with Caesar, and likens her to Heath Ledger’s Joker in The Dark Knight. “There was something very unsettling about the way the Joker kept telling different stories about his background – something very similar to what we had planned for Ilana,” he says. [EW's Hollywood Insider]

Look for a delayed introduction for the duo, beginning with an intriguing setup followed by a gradual increase in screen time that won’t detract from established faves, much like how season 4’s newbies, the Freighter Folk (Jeremy Davies, Rebecca Mader, Ken Leung, Jeff Fahey), were worked into the mix. (The producers say we’ll be seeing more of the FF next year, too — even Fahey, last seen escaping the Island with the Oceanic 6). [EW's Hollywood Insider]

Prison Break

Don’t get too attached to Michael and Sara, because their (presumably happy) ending may not be that far off. Executive producer Matt Olmstead says that he’s prepared for the possibility that this could be the show’s final season. “There’s a shelf life to serialized dramas,” he notes. “If this is the last season, we’re not mourning that because it’s been a great ride and we have a great season [ahead].” Olmstead adds that if Fox does decide to lower the ax, “we’ll definitely have enough time to prepare for an appropriate ending…the season finale we have in mind could play as a season or series finale.” [Michael Ausiello]

In the next couple of episodes, look for some comedic subplots with cutie Juice, who is played by the adorable and very nice Theo Rossi. [Kristin@E!Online]

Supernatural

“Coming up in the middle of the season, there’s an episode titled ‘Afterschool Special’ in which the boys investigate a haunting at one of the high schools they attended as kids,” executive producer Eric Kripke says. “As they investigate, we’ll see flashbacks to what high school was like for Sam and Dean.” Sounds fun, right? Stephanie Jacobsen (Kendra Shaw of BSG: Razor) is joining the cast as a love interest for Derek (Brian Austin Green). [Michael Ausiello]

Till Death

A new recurring character will be introduced sometime this fall. The character is a woman in her 20s named Allison Stark. She’ll is described as a mini-Joy who is confident and attractive. [SpoilerFix.com]

You’ll never know when they’ll pop in or pop out, but they’ll be around.” [Michael Ausiello]
