Foiled by Alby in his attempt to gain UEB support, Bill resorts to a new tack to try to bring down his nemeses. Preparing for the festivities surrounding Salt Lake City’s Pioneer Week parade, the Henricksons are rocked by the appearance of an unexpected guest. Margene comes clean to Ana about her relationship with “Phil,” then takes up her cause with her sister wives — and Bill. Sarah and Heather attempt to get Ben to change directions; Bill ignores Lois’ pleas to take a leadership role at Juniper Creek; Margene lobbies for more control in the family, and in her life; Barb sets Pam straight. After Bill makes his end move in the game to control Weber Gaming, Alby shocks Roman with a power play of his own. [Michael Ausiello]

Justin enters physical therapy once he returns home, and Rebecca is at his side. [Kristin@E!Online]

CSI

There’s a big episode early in the season that will dig deeper into Catherine’s (Marg Helgenberger) family drama — specifically Sam’s legacy to her. We’ll also see her venture outside the lab in an episode that features the return of her real-life husband, Alan Rosenberg. “One of the things he’s going to offer Catherine is sort of an opportunity to be on a dream-team-type defense on a high-profile case,” explains executive producer Carol Mendelsohn. “And she gets a little touch of the high life doing that. You get paid well, you get to stay in nice hotels, you get to have nice meals…. It’s going to be a little tantalizing for her.” [Michael Ausiello]

ome of CSI’s other semi-regulars will be getting a little more airtime this season, says Carol Mendelsohn. “We’re going to see more of the lab rats this year,” she says. “We love our lab rats. We’re going to play up our friendship and their rivalry.” She adds, “This is a year in which Nick is going to step forward. The question has always been, ‘Grissom is the supervisor, but who’s the supervisor in waiting?’” [Michael Ausiello]

Dexter

Dexter’s murderous tendencies could become known to one of three different women: Deb, Rita or Lila, the new character who appears beginning in episode three. [Kristin@E!Online]

Entourage

The last two episodes revolve around the Cannes Film Festival. and Johnny Drama’s a much bigger star there than in the US. [Kristin@E!Online]

Lloyd’s ex-boyfriend returns briefly. He won’t hear him, but you’ll see him. [Kristin@E!Online]

ER

Neela may end up taking care of Ray for a little while. [Kristin@E!Online]

At the moment, there are no concrete plans for Shane West to return to ER. If and when he does go back, it probably won’t happen until later in the season since West is shooting back-to-back movies right now. [Michael Ausiello]

Friday Night Lights

The new coach (Chris Mulkey) gets fired in Episode 4, so Coach Taylor may be back coaching the Panthers. [Michael Ausiello]

Greek

Next week’s episode is all about “strippers and charity,” says executive producer Sean Smith. Rusty makes a big mistake with the Jen K. relationship that results in something major. And Casey scrambles for philanthropy hours but finds herself working for Dale to put on an “edu-taining” play for his church youth group. [Michael Ausiello]

Grey’s Anatomy

T.R. Knight will be on Grey’s Anatomy full-time this season. He will be repeating his internship. [Kristin@E!Online]

According to Sara Ramirez (Callie), “I don’t want to tease about anybody else’s character, because I don’t want anyone getting mad at me, but my character, Callie, is finally going to admit to herself what’s going on with the relationship with George, and she’s going to do something about it.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Heroes

Claire’s new boyfriend will be played by an actor named Nick D’Agosto, who is best known for a show no one saw: CBS’ ill-fated Marisa Tomei-fronted comedy pilot The Rich Inner Life of Penelope Cloud. Not sure what his special power is, but I hear he’ll do something rather unprecedented to Claire. [Michael Ausiello]

One major character is presumed dead in the season premiere (but isn’t), but another will die in that very same episode! Also, there’s another huge threat targeting all the Heroes. [Kristin@E!Online]

Claire’s gonna have a new love interest named West, and while she’ll try to lie low at her new Cali school, the raging teenage hormones will get in the way. Hayden’s onscreen father Jack Coleman tells us: “It’s fair to say that Claire does have a romance this year, and it’s going to bring us into conflict.” [Kristin@E!Online]

James Kyson Lee talking about the new season, “Lots of things to look forward to in season two, including a new look for Ando . . . We’ll probably move on from the Members Only jacket. And there [will] be parallel times, the modern time and the ancient Japan, so I’m…in the present day, going back and forth between New York and Japan, and there’s going to be some kind of connection between me and Hiro…But you have to wait until September 24 to find out.” [Kristin@E!Online]

[Kristen Bell reveals:] I think I’m doing 13 [episodes] as of now. Technically, I’m on for the first half of the season, but who knows? I think I might be [staying longer]. Yeah, I do [have a power]. I have a really awesome power. [TV Guide Online]

Nip/Tuck

The fifth season premieres October 23, and I’ve got some major news: Julia and her new girlfriend (played by Portia de Rossi) will be the victims of a violent crime this year. I’m hearing the pair is kidnapped, sexually assaulted and left to deal with the emotional ramifications of the event for many episodes to come. [Kristin@E!Online]

Portia de Rossi will be around for 9 out of the 22 episodes. [Michael Ausiello]

One Tree Hill

When the season starts, Peyton will be living in Los Angeles working as an assistant to the assistant of a music producer. Nathan, meanwhile, is in a wheelchair and has a 4-year-old son that’s interested in basketball. He’s also a raging alcoholic and bitter about life (Nathan, not his son). Mouth (is there really someone on this show named Mouth!?) is trying desperately to be a sportscaster. [Michael Ausiello]

Prison Break

[According to Digital Spy,] the first episode of the new season will feature a male rape, possibly involving one of our lead characters. [Spoiler TV]

Private Practive

Another role is being recast — this time it’s Naomi’s daughter, Maya. [Michael Ausiello]

Pushing Daisies

Producers were hoping to borrow Masi Oka for a guest stint, but NBC put the kibosh on it at the 11th hour. The show won’t be hurting for guest stars, though, since sources tell me exclusively that Pee-wee Herman himself, Paul Reubens, has inked a deal to play the potentially recurring role of Alfredo Aldarisio, a traveling homeopathic antidepressant representative/salesman. [Michael Ausiello]

Saving Grace

Jessica Tuck will be back as Grace’s uptight sister Paige. [Kristin@E!Online]

Scrubs

The person leaving Scrubs is a series regular. This series regular is leaving Sacred Heart, but may or may not be leaving the show. [Michael Ausiello]

Tom will be back as J.D.’s bro in Episode 3. Keri Russell is also expected to return, her schedule permitting. [Michael Ausiello]

Smallville

[Miles] Millar stated in no uncertain terms that Lana would be back, and would, for the first time, take a shot at an actual relation with the young man of steel. [...] Aside from the Lana revelations, Millar made reference to the return of a mysterious and deadly villain but only teased the identity. [Buddy TV]

Supernatural

Fairy tales come to life when the brothers investigate Callie, a young girl who seems to personify Snow White. Poisoned by her stepmother and trapped in a coma, the spirit becomes angrier as more time passes. Callie’s father visits her constantly, reading her original Brothers Grimm stories and unknowingly inspiring her carnage. Sam confronts him and forces him to listen to his daughter. While Dean sleeps, Sam slips out and confronts the Crossroads Demon with the Colt, procured by Ruby and rebuilt by Bobby. She refuses to let Dean out of the deal and says there’s another boss who controls what she does. Sam shoots her in the head, killing the possessed human. [SpoilerFix.com]

Looks like Dean is going to have some trouble with the demon who stole his soul last season. A casting call has gone out for that very demon, and she just so happens to be in her mid-twenties, gorgeous and seductive. [Michael Ausiello]

Ugly Betty

Amanda and Marc will turn Fey Sommers’ hidden room into their private clubhouse. Additionally, a search is underway for an actor to play Christina’s Scottish hubby, and Victoria Beckham is having some issues with her work visa that could prevent her from showing up at Wilhelmina’s wedding as planned. [Michael Ausiello]

Victoria Beckham is “very likely” going to guest star on Ugly Betty. It looks as if Posh is set to guest star this season, playing—according to various Betty castmembers—a bridesmaid for someone who “was supposed to get married last season.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Ignacio is trapped in Mexico because of his immigration status, even while Betty, Hilda and Justin are back in Queens. [Kristin@E!Online]

Weeds

A big storyline involving Child Protection Services and a used condom. [Kristin@E!Online]

Celia comes to the Botwins’ rescue during Silas’ court appearance. [Kristin@E!Online]
