Welcome to the Spoiler Roundup, the most comprehensive weekly spoiler wrapup on the internet. We scour the web for all the best spoilers on some of the most popular shows on the air. Catch it here every Wednesday at The TV Remote.

This week: Big Love, Bones, Brothers and Sisters, Burn Notice, CSI, CSI: Miami, Damages, Desperate Housewives, ER, Friday Night Lights, Greek, Grey’s Anatomy, Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, Lost, Mad Men, My Boys, My Name Is Earl, Numbers, One Tree Hill, Pushing Daisies, Robot Chicken, Scrubs, The Office, Ugly Betty and Weeds.

Big Love

Roman is not dead. Not yet, anyway. From what we understand, he’s only in the hospital for an episode and a half, so look for more Roman-related intrigue as the season progresses. [Kristin@E!Online]

We haven’t seen the last of Ana, which is awesome, because, heck, she really would be a great fourth wife. [Kristin@E!Online]

Bones

Producers are introducing a major, season-long serial killer plot that sounds like a cross between Dexter’s ice truck killer and CSI’s miniature-making menace. Only this murderer’s calling card of choice is bones! [Michael Ausiello]

Bones producers will soon begin casting the role of Angela’s mythic (and as-yet-unseen) husband, who we’ll learn early on is basically The Perfect Man. “He’s big, beautiful and has tons of charisma. He’s a pilot, he’s an entrepreneur, he’s a philanthropist, he saves children from burning buildings.” In other words, the exact opposite of Hodgins. [Michael Ausiello]

In episode 3.04, expect Brennan and Booth to argue about the next course of action to take in the investigation in front of Angela. To help their “relationship” along, Angela asks them if they are always like this when they are together, and after she gets a “yes/no” answer (they can’t agree!), she tells them it’s hot! Brothers and Sisters

Justin will be returning to the Walker clan very early in the season, but he will be wheelchair-bound. [Kristin@E!Online]

Look for Senator McCallister’s ex-wife, Courtney, to make an appearance this season and have a little one-on-one time with future Mrs. McCallister, Kitty. [Kristin@E!Online]

Kevin’s boyfriend from season one, Scotty, will be returning this season. [Kristin@E!Online]

Burn Notice

The August 16 episode is called “Wanted Man” and features a jewel heist at a hotel, and on August 23, look for “Hard Bargain,” where Michael takes on a kidnapping ring. [Kristin@E!Online]

CSI

Although there won’t be a miniature-type serial killer plot this season, exec producer Carol Mendelsohn reveals that Grissom will immerse himself in a season-long project. “Grissom will begin to study colonization in Episode 3,” she reveals. “We’re going to do this very dark, scary episode set in a haunted house. While there, Grissom is going to find a live beehive, and he is going to take this beehive back to [the lab] and he is going to study it all season. He’s trying to figure out why these honey bees are dying around the world. It’s really about Grissom looking outside the lab… to see the problems of the world. It’s Grissom’s science experiment for the year.” [Michael Ausiello]

CSI: Miami

What About Brian’s Jessica Szohr (Laura) is joining the cast as Samantha Barrish, the young and feisty new A.V. Tech specialist. [Michael Ausiello]

Damages

Next week we’ll begin to understand why their (David and Ellen) relationship soured when David receives a surprising offer at work. [Michael Ausiello]

Desperate Housewives

A male character will be killed off around February sweeps. [Michael Ausiello]

ER

It looks like Gates and Neela are definitely kaput. The show is introducing a new love interest for John Stamos and she’s the chaplain at County General! [Michael Ausiello]

Also checking in this season: Neela’s twentysomething cousin, a Doogie-esque 19-year-old intern, and a new fortyish female doc. [Michael Ausiello]

Friday Night Lights

Connie Britton will be getting a younger sister this season. [Michael Ausiello]

Producers are casting for a recurring speaking role. ‘Santiago’ is a Latino Male, specifically Mexican. The actor cast must play/look high school age, but be 18-23 years old and not still in high school. He is tall &/or thick, strong & physically fit; athletic, as well as attractive with a tough edge. He is a juvenile delinquent turned mechanic’s assistant (strong enough to pull engines, etc.) turning into new Panther Football Player and possible love interest for one of the female regulars. No experience necessary. Currently scheduling auditions.” In related news, I wonder how Minka Kelly feels about being referred to as just “one of the female regulars. [Michael Ausiello]

Smash will be the only senior this season. He will probably be recruited by a major college and producers haven’t decided if they are going to right him out of the show yet. [Michael Ausiello]

Greek

Greek producers are going old-school in the season finale, tapping Ferris Bueller’s Alan Ruck to play the university’s dean. [Michael Ausiello]

Grey’s Anatomy

Lexie and Derek are not happening — at least not initially. Word around Seattle Grace is that Lexie is being paired with Alex. That should certainly make things interesting when Jane Doe/Ava/Rebecca reappears (possibly) around Episode 4. [Michael Ausiello]

Heroes

Zachary Quinto (Sylar) will return to Heroes after wrapping Star Trek — and mostly likely just in time for the season finale in April. [Michael Ausiello]

Claire’s new boyfriend can fly, and for one particular romantic getaway, he picks her up and carries her to the Hollywood sign atop Mt. Lee. Also, Claire is still very much a teenager and has been sneaking out of the house to hang out with her new fella. [Kristin@E!Online]

How I Met Your Mother

Enrique Iglesias has signed on to play a love interest for Robin in at least two episodes. He first appears in the September 24 season premiere. [Michael Ausiello]

The show returns September 24, and sorry, but no on Ted and Robin! Ted and Barney are double-dating and practicing the professional wingman business this season, from what I understand. And I hear Robin may already have a new boyfriend. [Kristin@E!Online]

Lost

Kristen Bell’s name has been brought up with regard to the new role of Charlotte, the hot twentysomething who is said to be “precocious, loquacious and funny… a very successful academic who also knows how to handle herself in the real world.” [Michael Ausiello]

Mad Men

the next episode is all about rotten little Pete (Vincent Kartheiser). He takes on Don—and it doesn’t go well for either of them. We also learn a little more about his wife and his background. We’re supposed to empathize with him, but frankly, I still think he needs to be punched in the face. [Kristin@E!Online]

My Boys

Mikey takes up yoga, Stephanie starts hanging out with the boys more as well as seeing a “fiscal fitness coach” (she’s in debt counseling), and one of the following statements about Bobby is true: He is either a gajillionaire, or he once made out with Chelsea Clinton. Oh, and last but not at all least, the ripped and ridiculously fine Ryan Reynolds guest stars as a jackass friend of Brendan’s. [Kristin@E!Online]

My Name Is Earl

Earl, who is still in prison (he will spend part if not all of the season there), keeps trying to make good deeds. He tries to help fellow inmate Glen by making him a weapon out of a pair of glasses he snatched from a skinhead. But the plan backfires when Glen uses the weapon against Earl. He learns that one way to survive in prison is to join a gang. Will he join the skinheads, the albinos, the old timers, or another gang? [SpoilerFix.com]

Numbers

Colby, Larry and Megan will all be back. And all the business about Colby being a spy will kinda-sorta be resolved in the season premiere. “I think you’ll see the essence of what you want to know resolved in one episode,” says exec producer Cheryl Heuton, “and then a lot of repercussions on from there.” [Michael Ausiello]

One Tree Hill

Moira Kelly may no longer be a part of the cast; Nathan might be in a wheelchair with no hope of an NBA career; Rachel might be working for Brooke at her own boutique (à la postcollege Donna Martin). [Kristin@E!Online]

Pushing Daisies

If all goes according to plan, one of your favorite Heroes will appear in the third episode. He (yes, it’s a he) even brings one of his “powers” with him. [Kristin@E!Online]

Robot Chicken

Season 3 kicks off this Friday and I hear Joss Whedon, Gregory Itzin and Ethan Hawke will be among the celeb guests lending their voices this season. [Michael Ausiello]

Scrubs

In the first episode, Kim and J.D. discuss getting back together, and Elliot and Keith Dudemeister fight about their wedding. [Kristin@E!Online]

The Office

Joss Whedon is tentatively scheduled to direct his second Office episode in October. [Kristin@E!Online]

This is an unconfirmed rumor, but it sounds funny enough to be true. Dunder-Mifflin may be sponsoring a [Name of Office Worker Deleted for Your Peace of Mind] Memorial Celebrity Pro-Am Rabies Awareness Fun Run. Memorial?! Yes. Rabies? Also yes—perhaps from the bat who busted into the office last season? [Kristin@E!Online]

Ugly Betty

According to Christopher Gorham, “We are continuing the saga of Henry and Betty. In the very first episode, the first five minutes cannot be missed. There is a great Henry-Betty scene, and Charlie is involved. Early on in the season, we find out who the baby’s daddy is, and Henry gets a buddy in accounting. It’s very exciting stuff.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Ashley Jensen tells us, “We discovered that Christina has a husband she walked out on. She went out one day, went out to the shops and just didn’t come back. I think he wasn’t a very nice guy, so she’s come over to America and here she is at Mode. And I think he may make a little appearance.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Weeds

Zooey Deschanel is returning as Kat on Weeds. Sadly, her hilarious appearance only lasts a brief one episode this season. [Kristin@E!Online]

Justin has a rough beginning this season. First, he gets attacked for being accused of being a pedophile, and then he is forced to attend boot camp. Not to mention he witnesses a pretty amusing death. [Kristin@E!Online]

Let’s just say massive amounts of water and marijuana are going to cause Nancy some serious problems. [Kristin@E!Online]

Celia learns all about Nancy’s little family business. [Kristin@E!Online]
