Welcome to the Spoiler Roundup, the most comprehensive weekly spoiler wrapup on the internet. We scour the web for all the best spoilers on some of the most popular shows on the air.

This Week: 30 Rock, Brothers and Sisters, Chuck, CSI, Desperate Housewives, Dexter, Fringe, Gossip Girl, Grey’s Anatomy, Heroes, House, Leverage, Lost, Mad Men, One Tree Hill, Private Practice, Rescue Me, Royal Pains, Scrubs, Smallville, Supernatural The Big Bang Theory, The Office, United States of Tara and Vampire Diaries.

30 Rock

In the season’s fourth episode, Liz will endeavor to round out the cast of TGS with a new member, naturally leaning toward a hire who is more than just crazy talented. That same episode will introduce a wannabe who’s hoping to be discovered while pretending he’s a robot in Times Square. Since the character’s supposed to recur, his dream just might come true. (Michael Ausiello)

Brothers and Sisters

A member of the Walker clan will get some devastating medical news in the September 27 season premiere. (Michael Ausiello)

Joe Morton will appear in 7 to 10 episodes this season as Justin’s med-school mentor. Justin isn’t much of a student, it seems. Luckily, Morton’s character will cut Justin some slack because of his military-service background. (TV Guide)

Chuck

The show is casting the role of a dashing and suave dictator of a small, fictitious nation called Parador. (Michael Ausiello)

Chuck star Ryan McPartlin (Devon “Awesome” Woodcomb) says: “I don’t know if I’ll be made a spy, but I’m getting involved in the spy world. Chuck’s going to [be] in a pinch and call on me to help him out.” Makes sense, but we have an important question: Will this mean more or less clothes? “I don’t have to just be shirtless for no reason, but I’m sure my shirt will come off for random acts of God.” Whoo! As McPartlin says, “I feel like it’s amazing because it’s like the first season, when Chuck got to carry the weight of the secret. I get to bring that [spirit of the] first season back again, through Awesome’s eyes. And I’m just gonna lean on [Sarah and Chuck] for advice on how to do that.” (Watch With Kristin)

There’s a chance that Bryce Larkin isn’t really dead and that he could return to shake things up a little. Matthew Bomer says, “I’d love to go back, but it’s really going to depend on scheduling [with White Collar]. There is a possibility that I will be back on Chuck.” (Watch With Kristin)

CSI

Nick will act as Catherine’s No. 2, working alongside her much in the same way she did with Grissom. It is a promotion for him to a supervisory position. (TV Guide)

Desperate Housewives

Marc Cherry worked out a “situation with Shawn Pyfrom that both grants the actor’s wish to pursue other projects and ensures that Andrew doesn’t vanish without a trace. It’s basically called being bumped to recurring. “He wanted more freedom [so] we [hammered out] a smaller episode order with him,” he says. “I don’t ever want to say goodbye to him completely. He’s a beloved figure around here.” (Michael Ausiello)

Dexter

According to new castmember John Lithgow, Dexter and the Trinity Killer won’t come face-to-face until midseason, but from that point on, he says, “We’ll be spending a lot of time together.” (Watch With Kristin)

Fringe

Reports of Kirk Acevedo’s exit from the show may have been premature. In fact, Agent Francis plays a pretty big role in the thrilling season premiere, in which one main character dies, two kiss and another faces medical uncertainty. (TV Guide)

At the Television Critics Association press tour, Fox gave reporters copies of the newspaper seen in the alternate universe that declared the Obamas were moving into the new White House. Some of the other top stories from “over there” include:

President John F. Kennedy is still alive and active in politics.
The powers that be can manipulate the weather.
The stock markets have been closed for 21 days and counting.
All four Beatles are all alive and heading out on a reunion tour.
New Orleans is hoping to host the 2016 Summer Olympics, leading us to believe the Crescent City was never hit by Hurricane Katrina.

Former star Arnold Schwarzenegger is now a senator.

Gossip Girl

Olivia (Hillary Duff) has a new man in her life. His name is Patrick and they’re co-stars in the Twilight Vampire Knight movie franchise. Casting is under way for the two-episode role. (Michael Ausiello)

Grey’s Anatomy

The Meredith-Derek relationship will be written a little lighter during the first half of the season as a result of Ellen Pompeo’s real-life pregnancy and subsequent maternity leave. “I think we would be irresponsible writers if we didn’t give a woman who’s seven-months pregnant a little less time on her feet,” maintains executive producer Krista Vernoff. “She’s waddling around seven-months pregnant about to push a baby out of her body. We have a responsibility to alleviate her screen time a little bit.” That said, Vernoff insists Meredith and Derek are at no risk of losing their title as Seattle Grace’s reigning super couple. “It would be false to say that Mer and Der are no longer the focus of the series,” she says. “Derek and Meredith will always be a focus of the series.” (Michael Ausiello)

Heroes

Matt Parkman will try his best to just be a detective/family man, but he’s got a little devil sitting on his shoulder trying to convince him to be more, thanks to his part in the Sylar-Nathan mind meld. “The evil part of Sylar got stuck in my subconscious, and he is slowly gaining control over me,” Greg Grunberg says. “I have a feeling that he’s going to make Matt do things that he would never, ever do in a million years.”

House

Cameron and Chase’s first significant fight as a married couple will take place in episode 4. And it’s not going to be pretty. (Michael Ausiello)

The character who gets fired is not leaving the show. (Michael Ausiello)

Leverage

The September 9 finale will launch a recurring role for Jeri Ryan, who plays a grifter who lends her helpful services to Nate’s team of cons. (TV Guide)

Lost

Deadwood actor John Hawkes has landed a recurring role on Lost for the mysterious show’s final season. Hawkes will play Lennon, “the scruffy, edgy and charismatic spokesperson and translator for the president of a foreign corporation who is far more powerful than it seems from his position.” (Buzz Sugar)

Mad Men

Betty’s ailing father (Ryan Cutrona) will visit, and he’ll have a run-in with his granddaughter. Peggy is personally affected by a new campaign. And Don and Betty roll out the welcome wagon when Mr. Pryce’s icy wife (Embeth Davidtz) arrives from across the pond. (TV Guide)

One Tree Hill

4:30 AM (Apparenetly They Were Travelling Abroad)
The tree hill gang must learn that to live an exceptional life doesn’t end once you’ve achieved your goals. With Lucas and Peyton gone, Nathan’s a year into his NBA career, Haley has taken over Red Bedroom Records, and has to deal with the return of her free-spirited 26 year-old sister, Quinn. Brooke is still happy with Julian. (SpoilerTV)

What Are You Willing to Lose
Brooke looks for a model as the new face of Clothes Over Bros. Mia and Haley fall short of selling a million records. Dan finds a confidant in an unlikely person. Nathan deals with being distant from the ones he loves, while Clayton reminds him he’s in the NBA. Tree Hill’s former bad girl – Rachel Gatina returns. And Tree Hill is shaken up again, when death comes on their way. (SpoilerTV)

Hold My Hand as I’m Lowered
Funeral of a tree hill resident. Nathan comes home for the funeral. Dan shows up to pays his respects. Nathan, Jamie, and Haley visit Quentin’s grave. Quinn goes to Tric and meets a guy. Julian gets hit on by Alexis, Mouth gets a job offer for a news station in New York. (SpoilerTV)

Private Practice

In the season premiere, Violet lives. And twenty minutes will have lapsed between the last frame of the finale and the first frame of the premiere. (Michael Ausiello)

Currently, there are no plans for Josh Hopkins to return. Amanda Detmer, however, will be back as his wife. (Michael Ausiello)

Rescue Me

There will be a totally shocking, possibly tragic season-ending jolt. Definitely need to keep watching until the September 1 season finale. (TV Guide)

Royal Pains

HankMed CFO Evan R. Lawson will run into financial trouble when he trusts the wrong financial advisor, and Divya will be faced with a life-changing decision. Both of these problems will concern parent-child relationships. (TV Guide)

Scrubs

Dave Franco’s Cole will be joined by the yet-to-be-cast Drew, who’s kind of a mini-J.D. – in that he immediately inspires Dr. Cox’s ire – and the well-meaning Lucy, whose bedside manner, unfortunately, includes pathological lying. (TV Guide)

Smallville

There is a pretty cool Chloe twist that will take place within the first 10 episodes. (Michael Ausiello)

Supernatural

“I don’t think I’ll ever give up the back story of how that [Ruby's] knife got its powers,” creator Eric Kripke says. “I like to leave some things mysterious. And that’s likely to remain mysterious.” (Michael Ausiello)

“The Colt pistol is making a comeback,” Eric Kripke says. “I was actually in the [writers] room today breaking episode 10 and the cult pistol is in episode 10. And it also pops up a little bit earlier as well. The cult emerges as the boys’ best strategy to shooting the devil in the face.”(Michael Ausiello)

The Big Bang Theory

Wolowitz and Koothrappali will find themselves on the business end of a tattoo needle in an effort to woo their “goth” dates. (TV Guide)

According to Emmy-nominated Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons, “From what I hear, Penny really is going to start dating Leonard for a little while, but what a waste of time…for both of them.” As for Penny and Sheldon, “I think that they are so sibling-like. It would be wrong to introduce sex into that relationship.” (Watch With Kristin)

The Office

Jim and Pam tie the knot in episode 4. Why the rush? Because Pam doesn’t want anyone to know that she’s expecting. Hilarity ensues when an unlikely party becomes her accidental confidante. (TV Guide)

Leslie David Baker talks about this season, “You get to see another side of Stanley, more personality, more of him getting along with his coworkers.” While he tires of Michael Scott’s antics, Leslie says: “He’s still not ready to pack it in and leave Dunder Mifflin entirely.” (Watch With Kristin)

United States of Tara

Rosemarie DeWitt, who plays Tara’s sister Charmaine, says, “I’ve seen the first four scripts, and this year, Charmaine’s love life heats up quite a bit…so that’s fun for the actress playing her.” (Watch With Kristin)

Vampire Diaries

You’ll see a number of differences from the books right off the bat in the first episode. First, Elena’s very young sister has been replaced by a troubled teen brother, and the siblings are returning to high school several months (as opposed to several years in the book) after their parents’ deaths. TV Elena is the virtual opposite of book Elena: the blue-eyed blonde is now a Bella-like brunette. As for the vampires, instead of his romantic rooftop boarding-house quarters, Stefan lives with an “uncle” (another nonexistent character in the first novel)—but Damon is definitely eee-vil, beginning with the gruesome opening scene. Other characters and relationships have been slightly tweaked as well. (Watch With Kristin)
