Welcome to the Spoiler Roundup, the most comprehensive weekly spoiler wrapup on the internet. We scour the web for all the best spoilers on some of the most popular shows on the air. Catch it here every Wednesday at The TV Remote.

This week: Big Love, Bones, Brothers and Sisters, ER, Gossip Girl, Greek, Grey’s Anatomy, House, Lost, One Tree Hill, Prison Break, Reaper, Scrubs, Smallville, The Closer, The Office, and Weeds.

Big Love

The show is casting two big roles. First up is Ray Henry, Nicki’s boss at the law firm and the (contradiction alert!) good-guy lawyer who’s prosecuting the Roman Grant rape case. Even juicier is the character of Bill’s half-brother, Franky, a 16-year-old hottie who was bounced from Juniper Creek for macking on an elder’s intended. This season, you’ll also meet Jerry Flute, a Native-American power player who pow-wows with Bill and Don (odds are he’s opposed to the idea of the casino they intend to build on Blackfoot turf), and Rob O’Hare, a neighbor who doesn’t subscribe to the “Sharing is caring!” approach to marriage that Bill’s wives do. [Michael Ausiello]

30 Rock

According to Jack McBrayer: “We find out that Alec Baldwin is in Washington, D.C., working with Matthew Broderick, who is a guest star. And my character, Kenneth the Page, will be applying to be a page at the Summer Olympics in Beijing, and I face all sorts of obstacles with that. I had to learn Chinese! That did not go well at all.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Bones

There are actually two casualties coming up — only one of which leads to death. [Michael Ausiello]

Someone will die in the May 12th and May 19th episodes. [SpoilerFix.com]

Brothers and Sisters

DNA don’t lie, Rebecca isdefinitely not a Walker. Or at least, not in this case. But if you’ve heard the rumors that there is another “R” who will be coming into the family, I can tell you they are true. It’s a twist that will set up loads of drama for season three—which they are already filming—and will leave poor Nora Walker sobbing at the end of season two. Also, yes, there will be a kiss between two people who haven’t kissed before. [Kristin@E!Online]

Scotty and Kevin are indeed tying the knot, and it’ll be a tearjerker. But first, Dave Annable said: “There may or may not be a pseudo bachelor party, which is pretty fun. We always love those scenes when they write the brothers together—the crew hates it, because all we do is play jokes on each other all day.” Sources say that pseudo bachelor party actually will be a road trip to visit Scotty’s parents in an attempt to convince them to come to the wedding . . . to no avail. [Kristin@E!Online]

ER

While several at County General are rumored — and widely rumored, I might add — to be on their way out next season, four new med students will be scrubbing in. Tracy, perhaps inspired by Reese Witherspoon’s character of the same name in Election, is a two-faced go-getter; Isabelle and Andrew are twins that everybody mistakes for a couple; and Ryan is a Latin family man whose home life may be more chaotic than the ER. Oh, and they’re all in their 20s and really, really pretty. [Michael Ausiello]

Two people will be put in danger in this month’s season finale, and then we’ll find out who’s six feet under in the fall. But it’s not Abby. [Kristin@E!Online]

Gossip Girl

Lily cheats on Bart Bass the night before her wedding with Rufus. Still, the wedding goes off without a hitch. [Kristin@E!Online]

Greek

Next week, Veronica Mars’ Max Greenfield kicks off a two-episode arc as Ashleigh’s French TA and a new love interest for Calvin. Also next week, look for dark and shady Evan to rear his ugly head when he tries to win Casey back. Teases series creator Sean Smith: “As we’ve shown his more romantic side in the past couple of episodes, next Monday we’re reminded of the darker side from the pilot.” [Michael Ausiello]

In Episode 10, Wildfire’s Ryan Sypek guest stars as a suitor for Casey. And in Episode 12 (aka “Spring Break”), look for Alexis Bledel’s hottie BF from the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2, Jesse Williams, to show up as a lust interest for Ashleigh. [Michael Ausiello]

Grey’s Anatomy

Eric Dane has a nude scene in the finale. [Kristin@E!Online]

Ava/Rebecca is actually sick, and that will be a big storyline for both Alex and Izzie. [Kristin@E!Online]

House

Fox, in collaboration with producer NBC Universal, is quietly developing a House spin-off for next season. As I understand it, producers are introducing a new male character for a multi-episode arc and, assuming the actor they find really pops in the role, he may be spun off into his own show. But there’s a twist, and it’s a big one: Per multiple sources, this newbie is not a doctor, but rather a private investigator! And no, his name isn’t Twitter. [Michael Ausiello]

In this Monday’s episode we’ll, for the first time, hear Thirteen’s real name. [Michael Ausiello]

Lost

Locke and Sawyer are still alive on the Island in the future. [Kristin@E!Online]

One Tree Hill

Someone’s gonna get hit by a car. [Kristin@E!Online]

Lucas makes a call to either Lindsey or Peyton and suggests marriage again. In other news, someone’s gonna get hit by a car and Skills and Deb sleep together. [Kristin@E!Online]

Prison Break

Michael’s headed back to prison next season! Kind of. According to my Prison snitch, a huge warehouse has been erected on the Fox backlot that will serve as a sort of “metaphorical prison” for Michael and his merry band of misfits (Dr. Sara included) next season. [Michael Ausiello]

Reaper

There will be a huge twist involving Sam’s history that you won’t believe. [Kristin@E!Online]

Scrubs

Ken Jenkins is really gone from Sacred Heart, but not from Scrubs. Although it’s unclear whether Jenkins will remain a series regular, I hear we’ll see glimpses of Kelso’s life as a retiree. In the meantime, Bill Lawrence is said to be looking for a new Chief to succeed Kelso, and word is he wants a name. [Michael Ausiello]

Smallville

Before the end of the season, Lex will find the Fortress, and Lana will get better and then leave the town. [Kristin@E!Online]

The Closer

When the new season begins, Brenda and Fritz are living together (as they were last season), only it’s in a rented duplex, as Brenda sold her house in episode 15 last year. [Kristin@E!Online]

The Office

Ryan has a brush with the law, but not for the reason you think. [Michael Ausiello]

Brian Baumgartner taling about Amy Ryan, “Kevin is involved in a plot to torture the new human resources person in the finale, so I got to work some with Amy Ryan, and it was really a lot of fun. He is involved, actually, but as is typical, he is not aware that he is involved in the hazing of Amy. But because Michael does not like Toby, he cannot like any of the human resources people, so they decide that they are going to make life difficult for her on her first day.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Brian Baumgartner talking about Michael and Jan, “Melora Hardin, as far as I know, is still a part of the cast; although, Jan and Michael have broken up. Where their relationship is going to go, I truly do not know at this point.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Angela and Andy are still a factor in the story. According to Brian Baumgartner, “Andy and Angela are a very interesting couple. Angela is given the job of throwing the goodbye party, but those duties get taken away from her. There’s a little bit of a power struggle between her and Phyllis, and Andy factors into that a little bit as well. It’s gonna be really good.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Weeds

Rumors are circulating that Weeds mainstays Tonye Patano and Romany Malco have been downgraded to recurring status. Meanwhile, look for Silas to book a one-way trip to MILF Island, if you catch my drift. [Michael Ausiello]
