Executive producer Howard Gordon talking about Elisha Cuthbert’s (Kim Bauer) return to the show: “Without really giving a spoiler, I will tell you she’s not in any danger. Jack is in a situation that requires something that only she can provide. I hate to be as oblique as that, but that’s the best I can say about it without spoiling.”

90210

Naomi’s sister Jen is coming to town, and if you thought Naomi was manipulative and a schemer, just wait till you meet big sister. (Watch With Kristin)

Adrianna and Navid’s bachelor and bachelorette parties put things into perspective for both characters, including a possible gateway back into drugs for pregnant Adrianna, which would elicit a sternly worded letter from yours truly to that little trollop. (Watch With Kristin)

Big Love

Sarah doesn’t bite the dust in the Big Love finale. (Michael Ausiello)

Bones

There’s a strong chance you’ll see Zach in the season finale. (Michael Ausiello)

We’ll be meeting Bones’ Japanese she-male doppelgänger. (Watch With Kristin)

John Mahoney appears in the season finale by with an offer that Michael can’t refuse. (Watch With Kristin)

CSI: New York

The last four episodes of the season “are very heavy, Mac and Stella-wise. One will wrap up the Greek coin smuggling ring (that Stella is heavily involved in) and the murders associated with that. Two episodes are very emotional stories that involve Mac, and in one of those we learn more about Mac’s father. (TV Guide)

Desperate Housewives

Not even death will stop Edie from making life uncomfortable for her neighbors. The surviving housewives will be faced with the grim task of having to track down Edie’s now-15-year-old son, Travers, and break the news to him about his mom’s passing. Of course, the road trip turns out to be a good bonding experience for the ladies, so it’s not a total loss. (Michael Ausiello)

Dollhouse

The show’s mythology will really start to unfold on April 3 when, through a series of flashbacks, we learn who Echo was and the underlying “why” and “how” she ended up being lured into the Dollhouse. (Michael Ausiello)

Entourage

E and Sloan will still be entangled early in season six, but look for a good-looking guy who has Sloan’s attention to attract E’s ire. Lucky for E, the guy will turn out to be Sloan’s cousin. (Watch With Kristin)

ER

Cara Buono has landed what could turn out to be a landmark part: ER’s final fatality. Her character, Lisa, is a 36-year-old pregnant woman who goes into labor after getting into a car accident. A show rep would only confirm that Buono is playing one of ER’s “last trauma patients.” (Michael Ausiello)

As Neela learns more about Brenner’s tortured past, their steamy relationship will heat up to its boiling point. (TV Guide)

Neela’s last “big episode” called “Shifting Equilibrium,” airs March 19, she does appear in the remaining episodes of ER. (Watch With Kristin)

The prophecy about Matt Parkman becoming a murder-suicide bomber comes due next week, but Matt Parkman doesn’t know anything about it. (Watch With Kristin)

How I Met Your Mother

Something major is going to happen with Barney and Robin in the season finale. I know this because executive producer Carter Bays told me so. “That is one of the stories that we sort of have been teasing out over the course of the season,” he says. “And it definitely comes to a head in the finale.” (Michael Ausiello)

Medium

Arrested Development’s Jeffrey Tambor is guest-starring in a May episode. Turns out, he’s actually replacing Patricia Arquette in the episode. According to an insider, Arquette requested a little time off, so producers crafted an episode in which Allison passes her spirit-communicating skills to Tambor’s character. (Michael Ausiello)

The family might be moving out of Phoenix! Joe’s getting a job offer later this season that would mean a move to San Diego. (Watch With Kristin)

NCIS

Don’t miss the May 5 episode. “There’s a little moment for Abby and McGee fans,” reveals executive producer Shane Brennan, “and if they look closely, they’ll see it.” (Michael Ausiello)

Prison Break

There’s another prison break, and you’ll be surprised at who helps the big escape . . . T-Bag! Gretchen is also in prison. (Watch With Kristin)

Fox canceled Prison Break a few weeks back, but as we speak, producers are casting and shooting two additional hours of the show. The Prison Break creative team is finally making that much-discussed two-hour wrap-up film. The two bonus episodes are titled The Old Ball and Chain and Free, and they take place a couple of days after the events of the season finale. A studio source says that they’re “a self-contained Prison Break adventure in which Michael faces the most challenging break ever.” And yes, Gretchen is involved, but so is the rest of the Prison Break cast you know and love. No word yet about when or where the episodes will premiere. (Watch With Kristin)

Saving Grace

Malcolm David Kelley (Walt from Lost) will be guest starring on the show later this season. Kelley talks about his character, “My name was Benjamin, and my dad was on death row. I was friends with Holly Hunter’s nephew on the show.” (Watch With Kristin)

Smallville

The Legion will return in the May finale in some form. (Michael Ausiello)

This season’s final two episodes will focus on a manhunt for Chloe and Doomsday. (Michael Ausiello)

The Big Bang Theory

Executive producer Bill Prady talking about Leonard and Penny: “When it comes to Leonard and Penny, Wolowitz will explain to Leonard that opportunities to hook up with women appear like launch windows to the moon – if you miss one, it might be awhile until another one appears. This will become apparent when Penny starts dating a comic book loving friend of the guys.” (Michael Ausiello)

Koothrappali will continue to try to speak to women, Wolowitz will raise his standards (thus lowering his success rate), and Sheldon will inch ever closer to a complete understanding of the universe and everything in it – except people. (Michael Ausiello)

The Office

Holly is returning for the season finale. (Michael Ausiello)

Dwight might be getting a mini-me. Producers are looking for a new coworker who is described as annoying, arrogant, bossy, yelly, probably not good-looking and definitely not well-dressed. (Watch With Kristin)

In an upcoming episode, Kevin’s colleagues will band together to play Cupid for him. (TV Guide)

Amy Ryan is coming back for at least one episode this season. (Watch With Kristin)
