A young woman appears on a talk show and is surprised when they bring out her previously violent ex-boyfriend who proposes. She turns him down on air and a few weeks later, he kills her. Her father asks Alan and Jerry to help him sue the television studio and everyone is shocked by the outrageous outcome. When Carl finds Denny walking around the office with boxers on and no pants, he tells Shirley that Denny is geting worse and she promises to talk to him. ER
You’ll see additional episodes by spring, and rumor has it they’re adding a new recurring character to the mix quite soon. Word is, County General will hire a thirtysomething attending physician named James Brenner who comes off as Mr. Perfect, but he has a bit of a dark side. A highly intelligent ladies’ man, he rubs a lot of his coworkers the wrong way when they realize how selfish and self-serving he truly is. [Kristin@E!Online]
Gossip Girl

Greek
Casey and Ashleigh are at a bar and the latter is ready to flirt with guys. Kappa Tau pledges gather to think of a Pledge Project. Some ideas include wiring Tri-Pi showers with web cams, making a video game featuring the brothers as the characters, tire swing, etc. At the meeting, Rusty feels left out because he missed a few pledge activities due to “Jen K crisis”. The ZBZ girls go to an animal shelter for their next philanthropy project. Casey knows about Rebecca and Cappie and pretends to be fine with it. Heroes

Kristen Bell is not signed on for next season. But sources confirm that Heroes is in active discussions with her to return for an arc during Season 3. [Michael Aussiello]
Heroes is tentatively slated to start production on Season 3 on May 1 — more than two months ahead of schedule. As a result, the show could have as many as 10-13 episodes already in the can by the time it returns in September. [Michael Aussiello]
How I Met Your Mother

Juliet’s past comes back to haunt her (and a few others) when someone she would rather not see again resurfaces with orders to foil Charlotte and Faraday’s mission. At the same time, Ben makes an intriguing offer to Locke that could spell even more trouble for the so-called rescue team. [TV Guide]
This “Oceanic 6″ make it off the island, but one will die – exactly who will be revealed this season. Season 4 is about who gets off the island and the fact that they need to get back. New Amssterdam
Episode 1.02 will feature various flashbacks with Lily Mae Brown, an African-American woman in her 40s who is said to be beautiful. We also meet Hannah Clearly, a British 30-year-old who works at Drew Academy as faculty advisor; Jack Shaw, a working class doorman; and Corey, a smart 5-year-old African-American boy. Episode 1.04 will be titled “Honor.” Amartya Vikram, an Indian supermodel, is raped and stabbed. Luckily, the woman survives. She agrees to help the police only if her name is kept secret. When the rapist is arrested and released on a technicality, she turns to Amsterdam to protect her. In flashbacks from 1813, we discover that one of Amsterdam’s ex-girlfriend, Fanny, was raped. A new recurring character that may become a series regular will be introduced around episode 1.05. Callie Barnett is a Detective sergeant. She has had a relationship with Amsterdam a long time ago. Since getting pregnant by the target of an undercover investigation, Barnett is keeping her private life extremely private which has everyone working with her speculate about who she really is. The baby is being raised by Callie’s mother, Louise. Callie is set to be tough, intuitive, reckless at times and extremely competitive. [SpoilerFix.com]
