Welcome to the Spoiler Roundup, the most comprehensive weekly spoiler wrapup on the internet. We scour the web for all the best spoilers on some of the most popular shows on the air. Catch it here every Wednesday at The TV Remote.

This week: CSI, ER, Friday Night Lights, Heroes, Lost, October Road, One Tree Hill, Prison Break, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Ugly Betty.

CSI

Showrunner Carol Mendelsohn’s recent decision to re-sign for four more years should go a long way in getting William Petersen to stick around. [Michael Ausiello]

ER

NBC is contractually obligated to produce more episodes this season, so it’ll definitely return in April. And if Warner Bros. can shave enough money off the budget for next season, there’s a decent chance it’ll be back for a 15th season. [Michael Ausiello]

Friday Night Lights

Tyra and Landry will be sticking together for a good while. [Kristin@E!Online]

Heroes

It looks like Niki/Jessica is related to Adam Munroe. [Kristin@E!Online]

Lost

Jack and Juliet will share a passionate kiss in Episode 4.06 – The Other Woman. [Lost Spoilers]

Sayid and Desmond hit a bit of turbulence on the way to the freighter, which causes Desmond to experience some unexpected side effects. [ABC]

A secret room that may reveal a thing or two about Ben Linus. An understated piece of jewelry that is bound to reappear. An off island alliance that is going to stun and shock you. [DocArzt's Lost Blog]

The previews promised another Oceanic Six reveal next week, but we will also learn about another major main character who’s out in the world in the future, who doesn’t fall under that banner. [Kristin@E!Online]

The episode 6 flashback features a look at Juliet’s history on the Island, including her reaction to the death of Goodwin at the hands of Ana-Lucia. [Kristin@E!Online]

According to Rebecca Mader, who plays Charlotte: “I really don’t know what we know about Ben, and I don’t even know what we know about the Island, so I just had to play Charlotte that way. [Laughs.] I really didn’t know what I was doing!” [Kristin@E!Online]

In an upcoming episode the boat folks appear to test each other for psychic powers. [Kristin@E!Online]

October Road

In the next four episodes, there will be an opportunity for Eddie to stray. But it is possible Mr. Latekka will stay strong and faithful to Janet. [Kristin@E!Online]

Pizza Girl asks Physical Phil to be her nude model for an art class. At first he refuses, but when she gets a hot football player to volunteer instead, he reconsiders. And once Phil gets a glimpse of nude life, he can’t get enough of it. Apparently, the only way Eddie can get him to stop walking around their house naked is to give P.P. a taste of his own medicine. [Kristin@E!Online]

One Tree Hill

The new nanny will be around for a good long while and wreaks much havoc on Nathan and Haley. To be honest, at this point, it doesn’t even look like they may make it, in the end. [Kristin@E!Online]

There is a huge kiss in the next episode that you all will be talking about and arguing about and crying about. [Kristin@E!Online]

Rachel is back! And she is so not what you’d expect, and she’s so not okay. [Kristin@E!Online]

Tim also comes back for a cameo that is hilarious. [Kristin@E!Online]

One of the main characters nearly dies in an accident. [Kristin@E!Online]

Prison Break

In reference to last weeks item: “Michael gets a special delivery from the great beyond in the season finale of Prison Break on February 18. And someone I thought I’d never in a million years see on the show again turns up in a surprise cameo.” Yes, she was a regular. And yes, she died on the show. And although she didn’t need to be present for this particular cameo, she was most definitely an integral part in making it happen. [Michael Ausiello]

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Summer Glau talking about her character for the rest of the season: “There’s an episode that’s happening maybe in a few weeks where you really get to see how Cameron’s brain works. It’s just very interesting how you see more than ever she’s a robot. And it’s kind of a mystery why Cameron’s really there…Her past is a mystery, and so is her future. The truth about why she’s there will only come out in time, I think, but I can say that this episode about how her brain works is one of my favorites.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Ugly Betty

The good news: We’re looking at anywhere from four to seven additional episodes this season and the show just got renewed for a third season. The bad news: Despite the fact that Betty is firing on all cylinders creatively this season, someone saw fit to fix what wasn’t broken and fire exec producers Marco Pennette and James Hayman, the latter of whom was responsible for directing some of my favorite Betty episodes.
