Welcome to the Spoiler Roundup, the most comprehensive weekly spoiler wrapup on the internet. We scour the web for all the best spoilers on some of the most popular shows on the air. Catch it here every Wednesday at The TV Remote.

This week: Desperate Housewives, Dirty Sexy Money, Eli Stone, Friday Night Lights, Heroes, Jericho, Kyle XY, Lost, Moonlight, October Road, One Tree Hill, Prison Break, Pushing Daisies, Scrubs, Smallville, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Wildfire.

Desperate Housewives

When the show returns post-strike, we’ll finally get to the bottom of the two-year-old mystery of why Orson ran Mike down in his car. “That storyline changed,” Jamie Denton said. “Originally, Orson was going to be the really bad guy. But then everybody fell in love with Kyle and wanted to keep him around, so Dixie Carter kind of took the fall for him. But now he’s got some explaining to do.” [Michael Ausiello]

Dirty Sexy Money

The remaining episodes look to air in September. ABC will likely order 13 new episodes for the fall, with the three unaired hours from this season kicking off that run. [Michael Ausiello]

Eli Stone

You can expect an unbilled cameo from a certain Melrose Place icon (hint: it’s not a person, but a thing). And you thought Eli’s George Michael hallucinations were out there: Tomorrow night, he gets a ringside seat to a Broadway-esque musical and World War II. [Michael Ausiello]

Victor Garber himself gets in on the musical action by singing George Michael’s Freedom. [Kristin@E!Online]

Friday Night Lights

NBC confirmed we won’t be seeing any new episodes of the show after the strike when they unofficially announced the news that the Season 2 DVD — featuring all 15 episodes — was being released on April 22. So any new episodes would be in a third season if NBC picks up the show. [Michael Ausiello]

According to Jason Katims, the season stopped just short of a really big football arc. Of course, with Smash being suspended from the team and with the playoffs on the horizon, that makes a lot of sense. [Kristin@E!Online]

Heroes

Due to the heavily serialized nature of the show, it’s unlikely that Heroes will be back this season. Instead, NBC will likely go straight into production on Season 3. [Michael Ausiello]

Jericho

There’s a new special-ops guy and a hot new reporter on the scene, but one of them isn’t long for this world. [Kristin@E!Online]

Kyle XY

Jessi goes back and forth between good and evil all season, mostly because she’s dealing with the fact that no one loves her except for Kyle. [Kristin@E!Online]

Lost

One of the remaining three Oceanic 6 is male. [Michael Ausiello]

There is a nice little scene Juliet and Sayid on the beach, but she ends up saving the day — much to Kate’s chagrin. [Michael Ausiello]

There are four people on the freighter. [Kristin@E!Online]

In the second episode, Locke will ask Ben flat out what the “black monster” is (yes, Locke uses those words). [TV Squad via SpoilerFix.com]

Naomi is now all dead, but she is, let’s say, a presence in the next two episodes (at least). [Kristin@E!Online]

In the Island’s big game of capture the flag, Kate gets tagged out by the other team and sent to “jail.” Lucky for her, she’s in good with the jailer (Sawyer). [Kristin@E!Online]

Before too long, Locke’s relationship with Ben is better than Locke’s relationship with Jack. [Kristin@E!Online]

Moonlight

Before the strike, CBS informed producers that they had every intention of picking up the show’s “back nine.” But since the strike started, they haven’t heard a peep about whether they’ll be going back into production. Hopefully, Moonlight will be renewed for a 13-episode second season. [Michael Ausiello]

October Road

Stacy Keibler, is guesting on an upcoming episode as Eddie Latekka’s ex-girlfriend. [Kristin@E!Online]

There is definitely hope for Hannah and Nick. They don’t reunite before the end of the season, but it will probably happen, provided they get a third year. We can look forward to more drama between the two of them in the remaining episodes that were already shot. [Kristin@E!Online]

One Tree Hill

In the Feb. 19 episode: We’ll finally hear someone other than Lucas deliver the episode-closing voice-over. A beloved staple of the series will be no more once Peyton decides that it’s time to shut the door on her past. Haley will let two characters have it for “lying and cheating” after witnessing an illicit kiss, while completely missing one that could end a marriage. [Michael Ausiello]

Prison Break

Michael gets a special delivery from the great beyond in the “season” finale on February 18. And someone I thought I’d never in a million years see on the show again turns up in a surprise cameo. [Michael Ausiello]

There is a major death coming up! A character whom we’ve gotten to know quite well is gonna kick the bucket quite soon. I’m told the way he goes is really sad . . . but whether you’ll be upset about his passing, I’m not so sure. Certainly, it will change things at Sona. [Kristin@E!Online]

Pushing Daisies

The series definitely will not be going back into production at all this season, because there’s no way to get the show up and running in time. The plan is for the writers to get back to work, but for production to resume with the second season this summer. That’s why Anna Friel was given permission to shoot Will Ferrell’s Land of the Lost movie, which she’ll be doing till June. [Kristin@E!Online]

Scrubs

Bill Lawrence talking about finishing Scrubs: “the worst-case scenario is that ABC Studios lets me make the last four episodes as a DVD. And I say it’s the ‘worst-case scenario’ because I’m going to try as hard as I can to get NBC’s support in finishing the show up on TV. I just don’t have any definitive answer because I haven’t been talking to them… The second we’re told that we can go back to work, I’m going to give [Peacock honcho] Ben Silverman a call and say, ‘Scrubs has been on NBC for seven years, and it would really be a bummer if I didn’t get to end it there.’ And I’m hoping I’ll get a positive response. I would be surprised if NBC didn’t want to figure out a way to end the series on their network.” [Michael Ausiello]

Smallville

In tomorrow’s episode: A hot scene between Green Arrow and Lois turns into a threesome even a superhero would have a hard time with. [Michael Ausiello]

In Fracture, airing February 14, an amnesiac Kara will put Lex close to uncovering Krypton’s secrets. [Michael Ausiello]

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

According to Summer Glau, Cameron may not be about what she says she’s about. She said, “It’s a mystery at this point if Cameron’s intentions are what she presents them to be. I don’t even really know what’s going on with Cameron. I do know that maybe she has a mysterious past. And it’s unclear what she ends up being in the future. But at this point, I think that all three of us, as far as what I know from the script, we are all fighting for the same goal, but that might turn out to be sort of a front. Cameron might have come back from the past for a different purpose.” [Kristin@E!Online]

Wildfire

ABC Family sent out a teaser about the February 25 episode: “Tensions boil in the aftermath of Kris declaring her love for Junior and the passionate kiss they shared. Moments before walking down the aisle, Junior finds himself working with Kris at Raintree to catch Wildfire after he escapes. Will this last-minute teamwork stir up feelings strong enough for Junior to alter his wedding plans? Meanwhile, Kris and Junior are not the only ones with buried feelings. Will Dani put the loss of R.J. behind her and move on with Noah, and will Pablo finally tell Jean how he really feels for her?” [Michael Ausiello]
