Community (NBC)
Lauren Stamile (Grey’s Anatomy) is joining the show in a possibly recurring role. She has been cast as Professor Slater, a Greendale Community College statistics teacher and love interest for Jeff (Joel McHale). When Slater rejects his advances, Jeff is forced to seek out romance advice from Senor Chang (Ken Jeong) – a move sure to end in disaster, especially as Annie (Alison Brie) plans a Day of the Dead party for their Spanish class. Stamile will appear in the Halloween episode scheduled to air October 29.

Eastwick (ABC)
Jerry O’Connell has signed on for a multi-episode arc on the show with his real-life wife Rebecca Romijn. O’Connell, who will appear in the final two episodes of Eastwick’s initial 13-episode order, will play Colin, a hot new neighbor of Kat’s (Jaime Ray Newman) who is hiding a dark and magical secret.

Facing Kate (USA)
Sarah Shahi has landed the lead in USA Network’s pilot, lifting the contingency off the project. The pilot centers on Kate (Shahi), a divorced San Francisco woman who leaves her job as a lawyer to become a mediator.

Hank (ABC)
Swoosie Kurtz has landed guest role on the Kelsey Grammer sitcom. She will play Hank’s mother-in-law. Kurtz is signed for one episode and will appear in the Thanksgiving episode.

Mercy (NBC)
Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men) has been cast to guest star on NBC’s freshman medical drama. She will be playing a cancer patient named Lucy Morton. Her episode is scheduled to air November 4.

NCIS: Los Angeles
Pauley Perrette’s NCIS lab rat-slash-tattoo enthusiast will cross over to NCIS: LA this November. While Abby has talked to the Left Coast expansion team on the phone, this will be her first time touching down at LAX. When Abby arrives in LA, someone’s going to abduct her. Perrette’s LA cross over is scheduled to air November 24.

The Big Bang Theory (CBS)
Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica) will have a small role in the November 23 episode. Sackhoff will play herself as Wolowitz’s (Simon Helberg) fantasy woman in a cameo in the episode.
