Chuck (NBC)
Former WWE Superstar Steve “Stone Cold” Austin filmed a guest role for an episode this season. In the interview he did with the UK Sun, Austin noted he filmed an episode of the NBC comedy Chuck last week. Austin guest stars in episode 3×05, Chuck vs. First Class, playing Hugo Panzer, a master of close-quarters combat.

CSI: Miami
Henry Simmons (NYPD Blue) will guest star in an episode that airs this November. Simmons will play a husband and father whose wife and two children are in a serious car crash.

Gossip Girl (The CW)
Erich Bergen is joining the cast of Gossip Girl. He begins filming the first of three episodes of the CW show tomorrow in New York City. Erich’s not allowed to say much more about his role other than he appears in scenes with Lady Gaga and Hilary Duff. And that’s just the first episode.

How I Met Your Mother
Chris Elliott has landed the pivotal role on the show. Elliot will play Lily’s estranged dad. The highly-anticipated family reunion is slated to air November 23 when father and daughter come face-to-face at a Thanksgiving celebration hosted by Lily’s grandparents. The episode will feature childhood flashbacks that will shed light on Lily’s very troubled relationship with her father. Rumors speculate her father was a big-time loser/crook.

Vampire Diaries (The CW)
Matt Davis has joined the cast of the vampire drama. He will play history teacher Alaric Saltzman, a fan favorite from the books on which the series is based. Davis will debut on the November 12 episode.
