The Casting Call brings together the latest casting news to keep you informed on who is showing up on which show. Find out who is joining your favorite show as a series regular, a recurring character, a guest star or special cameo. The Casting Call could reveal upcoming story-lines, so be aware, there may be spoilers ahead.

Eastwick (ABC)
Joanna Kerns has joined the show She will play the mom to Rebecca Romijn’s Roxie on an upcoming late fall episode. Kerns will debut as Edie in an episode titled, Tasers and Mind Erasers.

Gossip Girl (The CW)
Aaron Tveit is reprising his role as Nate’s wealthy cousin, Tripp Vanderbilt, this November for at least six episodes. The politically minded Tripp will announce that he’s running for office (possibly the senate) and Nate will get involved with his campaign. Holley Fain, who played Tripp’s fiancée, will also be returning for multiple episodes.

Also, Sarah Steele has been cast in the potentially recurring role of Kira Abernathy, a Constance Billard student who attempts to befriend queen bee Jenny. Her first episode airs November 9.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS)
Rachel Bilson has landed a pivotal role in How I Met Your Mother’s 100th episode.

Last month, executive producer Craig Thomas said that the milestone episode (airing in January) would feature “some serious mother action,” adding, “It’ll be the closest Ted’s ever come to [discovering who she is]. He’s getting a step closer every episode this season, and episode 100 [we] kind of go bananas with it.”

Thomas went on to say that he and fellow executive producer Carter Bays have been “spending a lot of time trying to cast the female role in Ted’s story for episode 100 – a role Bilson has landed.

NCIS: LA (CBS)
Monet Mazur has been cast to join the show in a potentially recurring role. She will play Natalie Buccola, a secret service agent who develops a flirtation with Chris O’Donnell’s Callen. She is scheduled to first appear in episode 6.
