Copper (ABC)
Gregory Smith has been cast to co-star opposite Missy Peregrym. Smith will play Dov, another recent graduate from the academy trying to navigate his way as a rookie cop. The show centers on Andy McNally (Peregrym), a newly minted cop fresh from the academy whose first day on the job doesn’t go as well as she had wished.

Law and Order: SVU (NBC)
Eric McCormack has signed a deal to guest star in this season’s second episode as a handsome sugar daddy.

The Closer (TNT)
Sterling Beaumon, who played little Ben on Lost last season, has landed a guest role on The Closer. The 14-year-old will play a meth-addicted drug dealer in a mid-August episode, which will also feature Christine Lahti.

Trauma (NBC)
Taylor Kinney has joined the cast of NBC’s new medical drama series as a regular. Kinney will play a new character, Glen, a handsome EMT that joins the team in San Francisco. He is being added to the ensemble cast that includes Derek Luke, Cliff Curtis, Anastasia Griffith, Aimee Garcia and Jamey Sheridan.
