24 (Fox)
Tim Guinee is set for a recurring role on Fox’s 24. Guinee will play Ken Dellao, a news reporter with ties to First Daughter Olivia Taylor.
Army Wives (Lifetime)
Clifton Powell hsa joined Lifetime’s Army Wives in a recurring role. Powell will play a psychologist who specializes in helping war veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress.
Eastwick (ABC)
Sara Rue has joined ABC’s drama Eastwick. The show revolves around three witches (Rebecca Romijn, Lindsay Price, Jaime Ray Newman) who come into their powers. Rue will play the best friend of Joanna (Price).
ER (NBC)
Marilu Henner is the latest name actor to join ER’s all-star finale on April 2. She will play the mother-of-the-groom whose antics land her and her future daughter-in-law in the hospital on their big day.
Grey’s Anatomy (ABC)
Amy Madigan is reprising her role as Seattle Grace’s on-call shrink next month on Grey’s Anatomy, only this time it’s not Meredith she’ll be psychoanalyzing, it’s Owen (Kevin McKidd). The ex-military doctor’s post-traumatic stress disorder will flare up, causing him to physically hurt Cristina. Also returning to Grey’s is Callie’s dad, played by Hector Elizondo. He shows up in April and is shocked to discover that his daughter is now into girls.
House Rules (CBS)
Eion Bailey and Kristin Bauer have been added to CBS’ drama House Rules. The show is about the freshman class of Congress. Bailey is in negotiations to play a hotshot Wall Street player who enters politics as a Republican congressman. Bauer will play a newly elected Democrat from California who is estranged from her husband.
Medium (NBC)
Balthazar Getty has signed a deal to guest star in an episode of NBC’s Medium. He’ll play a wealthy real estate magnate whose wife goes missing. The episode is set to air in the spring, right around the time Getty makes his final appearance as a series regular on Brothers and Sisters.
Sons of Tucson (Fox)
Natalie Martinez is set to co-star on Fox’s comedy pilot Sons of Tucson. The show centers on Ron (Tyler Labine), who is hired by three boys to act as their father while their real one is in prison. Martinez will play a kind second grade teacher and potential love interest for Ron.
The Law (ABC)
Donald Faison has joined Cedric the Entertainer in ABC’s comedy pilot The Law. The show revolves around reserve LAPD officers, two of them played by Cedric and Faison.
True Blood (HBO)
Valerie Cruz has landed a recurring role on HBO’s vampire drama True Blood. Cruz will play Isabel, an elegant Hispanic vampire.
V (ABC)
Joel Gretsch has come aboard ABC’s drama pilot V. On V, about an alien invasion, Gretsch will play a Catholic priest who sees a renaissance of faith after the Visitors arrive. He is repped by APA and Mosaic.
