The Casting Call brings together the latest casting news to keep you informed on who is showing up on which show. Find out who is joining your favorite show as a series regular, a recurring character, a guest star or special cameo. The Casting Call could reveal upcoming story-lines, so be aware, there may be spoilers ahead.

Day One (NBC)
David Lyons, Carly Pope, Adam Campbell and Thekla Reuten have been cast in NBC’s Day One. The show revolves around a group of neighbors in an apartment complex after a catastrophic event. Lyons will play the lead, an Iraq veteran who is a natural leader. Reuten will play an odd woman who keeps copious notes on other tenants. Pope will play a brilliant young woman who lives with her boyfriend, an MIT graduate and computer genius.

Entourage (HBO)
Jami Gertz has joined HBO’s Entourage in a recurring role. She will play the wife of Andrew Klein (Gary Cole), recently brought to Miller/Gold as an agent by his longtime friend, Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven).

Also joining the show as a recurring character next season is Autumn Reeser, who will play Lizzy, a new junior agent at Miller/Gold. Unlike Ari’s wife (Perrey Reeves), famously referred to on the show only as Mrs. Ari, Gertz’s character will have a name: Marlo Klein.

Happy Town (ABC)
John Patrick Amedori, Robert Wisdom and Jay Paulson have been added to Happy Town. On the murder mystery-in-a-small town Happy Town, Amedori will play a wealthy teenager in a Romeo and Juliet-style romance. He is repped by Gersh and Station 3. Wisdom, repped by APA and Kritzer/Levine/Wilkins, will play the chief deputy and investigator. Paulson will play a patrol deputy.

House Rules (CBS)
Tawny Cypress and Sean Bridgers have joined CBS’ drama House Rules. On the D.C.-set show, about the freshman class of Congress, Cypress will play a former servicewoman who was stationed in Iraq. Bridgers will play a congressman from Georgia who won a recount.

Inside The Box (ABC)
Kim Raver has landed the lead in ABC’s Inside The Box. The show is set at a news network’s Washington bureau. Raver will play a knockout blond reporter who once was considered the next Diane Sawyer.

My American Family (ABC)
Julie Bowen has landed the final lead on the ABC comedy pilot My American Family. The show revolves around a traditional couple (Ty Burrell, Bowen), a gay couple and a multiethnic couple.

Three Rivers (CBS)
Christopher J. Hanke has been cast in the CBS drama Three Rivers. On CBS Paramounts’s Three Rivers, about organ transplants, Hanke will play the assistant to the transplant coordinator.

Trauma (NBC)
Anastasia Griffith has been added to the NBC drama Trauma. On Trauma, about first-response paramedics, Griffith will play an EMT whose paramedic boyfriend has died in a helicopter crash.

Two Dollar Beer (Fox)
Michael O’Keefe, Courtney Henggeler, Frances Turner and Beth Broderick have landed leads in Fox’s comedy Two Dollar Beer. The show revolves around a group of twentysomething friends in Detroit. It centers on ex-jock Luke (Jonathan Sadowski), whose parents (O’Keefe, Broderick) live in his house. Henggeler will play Luke’s girlfriend Molly, a cute Midwestern girl. Turner, repped by Bleeker Street, will play Molly’s hot and smart girlfriend.

Untitled Daniel Cerone Pilot (ABC)
Dania Ramirez, Brad William Henke and Patrick St. Esprit have been added to ABC’s untitled Daniel Cerone drama. The show centers on a detective (Jimmy Wolk) who gets help from his brilliant 11-year-old brother (Dakota Goyo). Henke will play the detective’s partner and best friend. Ramirez will play another homicide detective, and St. Esprit will play an ill-tempered lieutenant.

Untitled Jeff Strauss Pilot (ABC)
Jonathan Silverman is the first to be cast in ABC’s untitled Jeff Strauss comedy pilot. The ABC Studios-produced Strauss project revolves around three couples. Silverman will play half of one of them.

Untitled Ricky Blitt Pilot (ABC)
Alyssa Milano has joined ABC’s untitled Ricky Blitt comedy. The Blitt multicamera comedy, from WBTV, centers on a telemarketer and struggling writer (Eric Christian Olsen) who is torn between his needy best friend and the newfound love of his life (Milano), a successful lawyer and single mother of two.
