My Name Is Earl Preview 05.11.06

May 11th, 2006 | 0 Comments

The hit comedy closes Season 1 with a special 40-minute episode written and directed by Earl creator Greg Garcia. The Hickey boys hit hard times when Earl tackles No. 1 on his list and ends up giving away his lotto winnings to a guy from whom he stole $10. Penniless and starving, Earl never loses faith that karma will take care of him. Randy, on the other hand, is less sure and tries to persuade his older brother to steal some food: “You know I get angry when I’m hungry — like the Hulk, only I don’t turn green and muscly. I just get dizzy and snap at people who don’t deserve it.”

NBC Looking To Move ER

May 8th, 2006 | 0 Comments

NBC is considering a move for its long-standing, high-rated drama ER. The network is looking to move ER to a Tuesday or Wednesday night timeslot and pairing the drama with one of the Law & Order show. Aaron Sorkin’s Studio 60 is the supposedly the frontrunner to replace ER on Thursdays.

I have watched ER since 2001 and I enjoy the show. It has become a part of my Thurdays. It will be a little weird watching ER on any other night than Thursday.
