Spike TV Goes Long With Michael Irvin
January 23rd, 2009 | 3 Comments | Email | Share | TweetSpike TV has teamed with NFL Hall of Fame receiver Michael Irvin to host a reality/competition series in which the winner will be invited to the Dallas Cowboys’ training camp.
The untitled series is set to premiere in the spring. Irvin will preside over and judge an assemblage of six aspiring NFL receivers and six wannabe defensive backs. Guest judges will include Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, as well as various ex-players and coaches.
The winner will draw a spot in the Cowboys’ training camp next summer.

Craig Nall was filmed yesterday as part of the program and let me tell you this!! Why has this guy not been noticed!! Considering he was throwing to receivers he has never seen before, his accuracy was unbelievable. As a Cowboy fan, I would love to see him backing up Romo next year! I would also feel comfortable with him in the game as well. He is big, solid and has a cannon. Hope they consider him!!
i don’t get why he hasn’t been snatched up by any team…he clearly can do the job.
