The "hostless" show was much more appealing to me. I loved the "secret" $2000 room and the fact that the designers stayed to see the owners reaction & then to chat with them later. Paige annoyed me to the hilt & the show was far better once she was gone. The new version, which includes Paige, is AWFUL! I watched this show from its inception until about 4 shows into Paige's return and now I no longer watch it. I believe the reason the ratings dropped had nothing to do with Paige leaving and everything to do with father time. Everything runs its course and Trading Spaces has run its course and needs to be retired. I would also like to say that TLC was absolutely right in firing Paige to begin with. I completely disagree!
