NBC Greenlights Sonnenfeld’s Legal Thriller

NBC has given the green light to an untitled legal thriller from director Barry Sonnenfeld and writer Luke Reiter. Universal Media Studios is producing the hourlong drama. Sonnenfeld is on board to direct and executive produce the Reiter-penned pilot. The potential series will revolve around a well-respected New York legal firm that handles civil cases. Its take-no-prisoners lawyers will, according to the studio, “do whatever it takes to win their high-profile cases and outmaneuver each other.”
