MTV Airing DJ AM Series October 12

MTV has confirmed plans to air Gone Too Far, the drug recovery series hosted by the late DJ AM (Adam Goldstein). The eight-episode series will premiere October 12 at 10:000 PM/ET. The show was originally scheduled to air on October 5, but MTV put the series on hold after DJ AM passed away within days of finishing production on the show. MTV said it chose to air the show after consulting with the Goldstein’s family. The show follows DJ AM, who himself had struggled with addiction problems, as he offers a group of young addicts a chance at recovery.
