Jessica Capshaw Returns To Grey’s Anatomy For Rest Of Season

Grey’s Anatomy has inked a deal with Jessica Capshaw to play pediatrician Arizona Robbins in the season’s remaining episodes, with an option to return next fall as a series regular.

Capshaw arrived at Seattle Grace for a three-episode stint in January, and was quickly established as the new love interest for Dr. Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez). Their flirtation follows criticism the show faced for abruptly axing Callie’s previous girlfriend, Dr. Erica Hahn (Brooke Smith), in November.
