Fox Casting Inseparable Without Scripts
January 11th, 2008 | 1 Comment | Email | Share | TweetFox has given the green light for casting to begin on the one-hour project Inseparable, a modern-day Jekyll and Hyde tale about a partially paralyzed forensic psychiatrist whose alter ego is a charismatic criminal. However, the project has not been picked up to pilot, a process that has been stalled by the writers strike, which is now in its third month with no end in sight.
The project’s creator, actor-turned-producer Shaun Cassidy, first developed Inseparable at CBS during the 2003-04 development season. He resurrected the concept last fall and sold it to Fox. The network asked for a revised draft. Before Cassidy was able to complete it, the writers walkout began. The strike has wiped out pilot season. But to get a head start when the strike ends, Fox is proceeding with casting on Inseparable. There will be no official pilot order until the network sees Cassidy’s new draft.

I hear they’ve cast Toby Stephens as the lead…. oooohhhh…… this should be good.
