During an examination of a teen’s heart problems, the team begins to doubt her claims of being an emancipated minor. Foreman defies House’s rejection of a proposal to conduct a clinical trial.

NCIS (CBS)

The team is forced to play a treacherous war game that brings a startling revelation to light.

Biggest Loser:Families (NBC)

A 1980s-themed challenge changes the players’ clothes and workouts. Elsewhere, a rift between two contestants causes tension in the house.

90210 (The CW)

With their half brother, Sean (Josh Henderson), in town, Annie and Naomi call a truce to deal with his unexpected presence. Meanwhile, Silver isn’t happy about the interest a cheerleader is showing in Dixon, and Kelly and Brenda struggle with the growing distance in their friendship.

Jane believes a supposed psychic is a killer and sets up a séance in hopes of exposing the criminal.

Fringe (Fox)

The circumstances surrounding a music prodigy’s kidnapping cause Dr. Bishop to be reminded of a fellow inmate at St. Claire’s, but Olivia’s suggestion that he return to the hospital draws criticism from Peter.

Privileged (The CW)

Megan starts seeing Will, but is uncomfortable with the fact that he’s dating several other women. Meanwhile, Rose decides to cheat on a history test; and Laurel asks Megan to do some research on the man with whom she had a secret tryst years ago.

Eli Stone (ABC)

In an effort to keep the new firm in the black, Eli faces a moral dilemma during the course of persuading a philanthropist to back a trial to test the effectiveness of medical marijuana. Meanwhile, Keith helps Patti’s daughter after she’s arrested, and Matt and Maggie try to unmask a spy for the rival Posner/Klein.

Without A Trace (CBS)

A paraplegic vanishes, and the team discovers the man harbored a secret that may be connected with his disappearance.

Law and Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC)

Stabler goes undercover to break up an animal-smuggling ring, and he gets help from a group insider, hip-hop artist Gots Money (Big Boi). Benson provides further assistance by posing as a prostitute, but this leads to complications in Stabler’s marriage.

Real Housewives of Atlanta (Bravo)

In the first-season finale, Sheree, humbled by her failed fashion show, seeks advice from designer and Project Runway contestant Mychael Knight. On the sports page: Ed returns to the NFL and Eric considers retiring from the NBA. It all culminates with the housewives congregating for a tasty but testy dinner.

The Shield (FX)

Olivia joins forces with the Strike Team to catch a Mexican drug king and his shipment. Meanwhile, Dutch cleans up Billings’ mess, and the death of a woman associated with the Strike Team prompts an investigation by Claudette.
