Riley and John abscond to Mexico with unfortunate consequences; Sarah encounters Ellison in a face-to-face meeting.
Chuck (NBC)
Jordana Brewster begins a multi-episode guest-star stint as Jill, Chuck’s former flame and college sweetie, a beauty who broke his heart and derailed his life. Chuck chances upon his ex-flame (Jordana Brewster) and embellishes his status in life to impress her. But Chuck must get into spy mode upon discovering that her research-scientist boss may be involved in the development of a bio-weapon. Meanwhile, Buy More’s efficiency expert (Tony Hale) enforces a mandatory CPR course, conducted by none other than Captain Awesome himself.
Gossip Girl (The CW)
Blair dislikes Eleanor’s new boyfriend, Cyrus Rose (Wallace Shawn), so she sets out to break them up. Meanwhile, Jenny moves in with Agnes; Serena learns something about Aaron that could be a deal breaker; and Dan plans to write an exposé on Bart, which gets him on Chuck’s bad side once again. Cyndi Lauper makes a cameo appearance.

Lily and Marshall contemplate having a baby, and Lily asks Robin and Ted for advice.

Prison Break (Fox)
Gretchen gives Michael the rest of the bird book, but he suffers another seizure after deciphering it, so the others must carry out his two-pronged plan: one leading back to the basement, the other to an architect named David Allen Baker (Keith Szarabajka). Meanwhile, Pad Man goes forward with his plan to move Scylla, and Self is told by an influential senator that the deal Homeland Security made with the gang is “off the table.”
Heroes (NBC)
Arthur Petrelli has certainly been busy over the past few weeks: building an army, wreaking havoc with his sons, ordering murders, etc. But what led him to his current mission? Tonight we find out as Hiro takes a look into the past and discovers what drove Petrelli down the dark path leading to Pinehurst. Meredith’s brother disrupts her new life and training under the tutelage of Thompson (Eric Roberts); and Elle and Noah’s persistence prevents Sylar from stopping his quest.
One Tree Hill (The CW)
Peyton organizes a USO show, which includes performances by Angels and Airwaves and Mia (Kate Voegele). Backstage, Lucas tries to come to terms with Peyton and Julian’s romantic past, and Haley copes with stage fright. Elsewhere, Brooke gets an upsetting phone call regarding Sam, and Millicent confronts Mouth about Gigi.

After a run-in with a cop, Sam is sentenced to community service, where she meets a troubled young woman (Mary-Kate Olsen) and decides to help her turn her life around. Meanwhile, Howard gives Todd advice on how to win Sam back, even though Todd says that he and Sam are just friends.
Worst Week (CBS)
Sam tries to impress the Claytons’ minister so he’ll perform the wedding ceremony, but as usual Sam’s heavenly intentions land him in a hellish predicament.

Alan and Shirley help a minor in a legal battle over her pregnancy, and Jerry takes up his own defense when he faces aggravated-assault charges after an encounter with a bully.
CSI: Miami (CBS)
A man is handcuffed and stabbed in a hotel room, and the investigation is threatened by a prank in the lab that causes a rift among the team members.
My Own Worst Enemy (NBC)
Henry awakens amidst gunfire during Edward’s mission and places a panicked call to Mavis, which a fellow agent (Michelle Krusiec) overhears. Elsewhere, Mary’s suspicions about Tom are confirmed.
