Kitchen Nightmares (Fox)
Chef Ramsay visits Hannah & Mason’s, a French bistro in Cranbury, N.J., owned by two friends who lack business experience and motivation. The staff’s bounced paychecks are a problem, but they’re nothing compared to the item Ramsay finds in the cooler that causes him to shut the place down on Valentine’s Day.
My Name Is Earl (NBC)
A life-threatening item is bumped to the top of Earl’s list when a mysterious man moves into the neighborhood. Meanwhile, Joy becomes preoccupied with the science fair in hopes of winning the grand-prize money. Jane Seymour has a cameo as herself.
Smallville (The CW)
The Arctic crystal is anonymously delivered to Clark, and it sends him and Lois to the Phantom Zone, where they run into Kara. She returns Lois to Earth, but inadvertently releases Zod’s wife, who takes over Lois’ body and wreaks havoc on Metropolis.

Kath worries that Phil could be keeping secrets after she hides a secret of her own. Elsewhere, Kim goes speed dating with a friend (Melissa Rauch) to push Craig into getting rid of his dog to win her back.

Grissom seeks help from Lady Heather (Melinda Clarke) when he investigates a case that involves sexual domination and a seemingly upright man.
Kitchen Nightmares (Fox)
Chef Ramsay visits Jack’s Waterfront in St. Clair Shores, Mich., which suffers from a lack of fresh seafood and inattentive management. The goal is to make the eatery prosperous year-round, but the general manager’s excessive socializing with patrons may stand in the way of this plan.
The Office (NBC)
The annual customer-survey report delivers shocking results, particularly for Dwight and Jim. Meanwhile, a separated Jim and Pam try to spend all their time together via their phones. And Angela and Andy’s wedding plans move forward, as they choose an unlikely destination for their big day.

Hood travels to Pittsburgh, where a lethal virus discovered at a demolition site threatens to spread. He must find a way to contain it before it becomes a deadly epidemic.
ER (NBC)
With Pratt gone, Morris takes on the role of mentor to Chaz, but Banfield disapproves of the complicated medical procedures he’s teaching him. Morris appears ready to defend himself, even with the arrival of Banfield’s husband (played by Courtney B. Vance, Angela Bassett’s real-life spouse) at County. Meanwhile, Neela feels disrespected by Banfield when dealing with her intern.
