ABC Picks Up Private Practice For Full Season
By Editor on October 22nd, 2008ABC has picked up Private Practice for a full season. The network has given a back-nine order to the sophomore drama from ABC Studios. Private Practice is ABC’s tentpole show on Wednesday nights, the ringleader of a trio of sophomore shows interrupted by the writers strike. All have returned down significantly this year, but Private Practice has maintained the highest rating of the bunch. Private Practice is the latest network series to get a full-season pickup, following NBC’s Knight Rider and Chuck, CBS’ The Mentalist, Fox’s Fringe and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and the CW’s 90210.
