ABC Picks Up Castle For Full Second Season

The show has aired five episodes so far this season, and has shown a slight uptick in recent weeks. Castle has also improved its timeslot against last year at this time by 4% in adults 18-49. And when DVR playback is added in, the show’s viewership rises by 1.6 million, and its 18-49 rating improves by 26%.
The show stars Nathan Fillion as a novelist who helps a police detective (Stana Katic) solve crimes. Show also stars Susan Sullivan, Molly Quinn, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Tamala Jones, Jon Huertas and Seamus Dever. Andrew Marlowe is executive producer, along with Rob Bowman, Rene Echevarria, Laurie Zaks and Armyan Bernstein.
