ABC Greenlights Lauren Graham Comedy, Let It Go
January 30th, 2009 | 0 Comments | Email | Share | TweetTwo more comedy pilots received the green light at ABC on Thursday, including the Lauren Graham vehicle Let It Go. The single-camera comedy stars Graham as a self-help guru who teaches women how to “let it go” but fails to follow her own advice when her perfect boyfriend dumps her. Alex Herschlag wrote the script and is executive producing the pilot with Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Mitch Hurwitz. Graham will serve as a producer.
The second pilot picked up Thursday is an untitled multi-camera comedy from writer-executive producer Tad Quill (Scrubs) and ABC Studios. The project revolves around two forty-something friends who embark on very different lives – one with a new baby and one with a newly empty nest.
